Dirty bed

Super bien hubicado, limpio y el personal muy servicial

It’s right by the beach very nice and comfortable

It was right on the beach. Very accessible. Too much noise at night. Music was blaring from many rooms. I called the front seat, no answer. Won’t stay there again

I love how our room was beachfront got to see the sun set and rise The breakfast only because I got there late maybe

Check in was was extremely long but the gentleman working was very nice.

Was a nightmare couldn’t check in I left to another hotel there was a long line to check in only one person please don’t ever think stay there very bad not worth it

Close to the beach Nothing

I liked that the hotel was next to the beach. The property was cramped.

I Went to the office I requested a refund and a woman by the name Karen who assigned the rooms blamed Expedia. This not to mention parking charges not disclosed and not able to find one. We immediately left. Very NEGLIGENT SCARY. experience. Those men could have open the room door in the middle of the night.

Clean place

Very clean place.

Floors were dirty with a lot of grit; had to wear shoes in room. Air conditioner noisey. Loud bass music outside our window at night, horrible! No hot water for shower. No pool at the Neptune but other HBH vacation rentals had them you could use. View outside door of beach is beautiful. Would not recommend or stay there again.

We rented the penthouse but when we went to check in a block away under the sun the penthouse was rented to someone else. They offered 2 rooms so we walked again under the sun and the rooms weren’t opening, so we walked back again 2 more times until finally maintenance opened but one room was flooded with water so we walked back again, they gave us another room but the key didn’t work again, so we walked back again and one room was dirty full of trash so we walked back again until finally we got 2 rooms but separate from each other. After buying a lot of groceries the stove didn’t work. The poor lady at the very long check in line was trying but she was completely overwhelmed and alone checking in a very long line with several guests coming back and complaining their keys weren’t working or something was dirty or broken.
