My room wasn't clean, when I came back

So noisy until 3am. Didn't expect there is a bar in the building.

The only decent thing was the location! The place was tiny and dark, and the winding direction was horrible. No views or circulation. It was like an enclosed jail. Tight and hot! The air conditioning didn't work, and the floor in the room looked as if it hadn't been swept since it was built!

Its clean.Staffs are easy to approach.Free breakfast.Near Ross and Marshall😀

While the outside of the building was old and dated and the breakfast was just toast, coffee, sugar and powdered milk. I do have to say that the room was clean, comfortable and our particular room was huge.

Breakfast was toast or a pastry in a bag. There was coddle or orange juice so do not be fooled by the pictures. There was not a single plug in at the dining area for my laptop. Drink vending machine didnt work. Access to the railway is only 2 blocks away, Thai food is everywhere, and there is a target across the street. I would stay again at this no frills cheap hotel

The property was clean, comfortable and in a great location. I loved that we had the option for a light breakfast to. Some of the staff were very rude to us. We went downstairs the night before we checked out to grab our doordash, we went to reception to simply ask what time checkout was and if we were able to store our bags as our flight was late evening. The staff member was on the phone and angrily said “Mam, can you not see im talking”. Another staff memember was ignoring us and watching youtube on the computer behind the front desk, we had to ask three times before we got somewhat of a response.

Staff was absolutely rude and unfriendly. The room was huge and spacious and that was the only thing okay. The hotel doesn't has any other faciltites.

Disappointed with the very small quantity or items of breakfast (only a bread toast/Danish and juice/coffee) while paid for the most expensive night ($150 incl./night) out of my 10 nights vacation in the West coast. Poor breakfast quantity/items does not meet Wyndham or American standard while paying the expensive rate per night for the room.

The room was small but fairly clean. There was no real breakfast but store bought packaged pastries. Staff was friendly.

Room was ok. Room was small. Hotel was older and needs updating. Sheets were clean but floors and shower needed cleaned better. Coffee pot in room was dirty.

Accessibility Breakfast is not healthy

Bed bugs not really clean, everything feels sticky. I had leaved at 2am to sleep in my car because I was itchy to much, ac leaks water, now I have to see a doctor for bed bugs and they refuse a refund but I’m standing for this there’s several hundred’s of serious complaints and reviews
