Dolce by Wyndham Hollywood

The location of this hotel was great for anyone going to the Hard Rock Hotel or sports stadium. There was a very convenient shuttle that brings you directly to and from the Hard Rock Stadium. The issue was the noise. Don't expect to sleep until after 3:00AM when the music finally stops.

I still had a good stay besides the housekeeping walking in on us. First, we had just checked in at 3pm. The housekeeping tapped on door at 5pm with a key but I was undressed. By the time I got up to put on my robe. The housekeeper walked inside of our room. Very embarrassing. Of course I called to Fd to see what was going on.

Stella gave me an amazing welcome and make my staying enjoyable.

Great place to stay if you're attending a concert at Hard Rock or visiting the casino. Most nights, there's a free shuttle to/from HR. If you chose to walk, it's quick and well lit. The room was comfortable and clean but our balcony was missing 2 of 3 pieces of furniture we saw on other balconies. It does have a pool on the roof; however, there are only 4 lounge chairs and the only other furniture is hard plastic. Not great if you want to relax and get a little sun. Complimentary breakfast each morning was fantastic with a lot of hot and cold options.

We stayed at this hotel and shuttled to the Hard Rock for a concert. It was perfect for that. Valet parking is $40 with in out privilege and having a shuttle available made it very easy to get to and from the venue. Rooms are comfortable and walk in showers are good size. The upstairs bar, restaurant and pool area was very busy even at midnight but caused no issues with our stay. Breakfast in the lobby looked adequate with and omelette station,pastries,fruit,coffee and the typical eggs,sausage,potatoes you normally see. My only issue was that the room was on the backside of the building on floor 4 and there was a very loud humming noise that sounded like the main a/c unit as it cycled on and off. The hotel calls it normal city sounds and left ear plugs but it was much more that normal city sounds and should be corrected or addressed. Overall great stay and very convenient.

Terrible services

Dolce Wyndham was supposed to return money from my room deposit after i checked out on Aug. 10 - the deposit still is not there. It's now Aug. 18.

Location was perfect, directly across from where we were going, Ella Mai concert. The aesthetics were giving, the room was very clean and the bathroom was bomb. The roof top bar and pool gave very much luxury. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was 10/10 they had my favorite smoked salmon bagels with cream cheese. The front desk staff very professional. Is on my list now as my go to for my girls trips

Room very loud

I like the staff very helpful and friendly. The place was just clean and beautiful and they went above and beyond to let us get access to the pool before check-in which it was a plus when you have a child definitely coming back loved it.

Great place to stay

Good one night stay. Comfy beds, nice shared balcony, great shower (gets hot and great water pressure), and decent feee breakfast buffet. Nightly valet fee of $40 seems excessive, esp in addition to the daily resort fee of $40.

The staff and location and pricing was great. The negatives are the A/C in the room. It was super hot and we had close our blinds early and it was still super hot. No matter how much we turned the air down, still woke up sweating. The bed was super uncomfortable, I mean if you like a hard bed then its great, for me and my husband not so much.

Breakfast was good and well stocked. Rooftop pool needs some shade to help get out of the sun.

Clean and spacious room. Nice staff, good breakfast and beautiful rooftop pool.

Property was clean well maintained hotel staff was courteous and friendly, would definitely stay at the property again.

The room was clean and the best was super comfy. Very convenient location and shuttle to Hardrock Casino. The breakfast was horrible.
