This hotel should not charge a resort fee as it is not a legitimate resort in my opinion. Pool closes by 8 pm. There is no service in pool area after 5-6 pm or so, no beverages No food. Was asked to present room key and drivers license to enter pool area. I don’t bring drivers license to a pool. I have a phone and watch for that. Too much security in my opinion. Felt more like a prison or airport security vibe than a resort. I won’t go back. Had limited drinks served at casino bars (almost nothing frozen ) , not enough servers at blackjack tables. SMOKING EVERYWHERE. When is smoking ok these days inside?? Cigars and cigarettes. Too much security Food expensive and mediocre . Room was nice though with good amenities and appointments. Hallway leading to room had an offensive earthy odor. Needless to say, I won’t return.

Hotel is really beautiful. Hotel is really Very Beautiful!. We had reserved a pool view room, but got a low floor room and no view. After complaining, we’re moved to a better one. Public areas are nice.. plenty of restaurants and bars. Casino full every night. Only two small things to change.: have better or larger, shower towels, and use a better toilet paper. Everything else was great.

My very senior parents room wasn’t available till 5:30pm and an another floor. The fire drill public announcement didn’t let me sleep the next morning.

Atmoshere was nice - facilities were good - clean We were kept up the entire night from 11pm until 615am We complained to the front desk, and we even went to the front desk because it was my wife's birthday. The entire experience was ruined by the room in front of us banging on the walls, fighting, yelling, screaming, and blasting music. It took days to hear back from customer care, and they gave me a lousy 99$ credit. I requested reimbursement for the entire evening because your security did nothing to preserve our quiet evening.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are super clean and spacious

One thing I didn’t like was Every morning around 10 am they tested smoke detectors, there’s a guy announcing really loud a few words for two times woke up everyone.

PS my husband loved the elevators. He said they were easy & fast.

Clean, great staff

My family and I showed up to check in for our hotel reservation at 6:30 pm (check in starts at 4 pm), and our room was not available for check in until 6:50 pm. We had bought tickets for a live event in the building that started at 7 pm. No accountability was shown by the check in staff, no compensation, no apologies. For about $700 dollars a night, this was by far the most disappointing experience I have endured. Really a shame. Manager did not show face at the check in counter despite requests.
