Corean rooms great staff nice place to relax. Quite place will recommend to anyone.

My suite had a bathroom issue.When I was taking a shower, the waters didn't go down.

Annette and Calvin were great—very responsive and nice people. I enjoyed getting to know them. Annette did her best to assist me with my accommodations. I was told my original room had plumbing issues and was being renovated, so she placed me in room 22. There was a miscommunication regarding my arrival time, and access to room 22 wasn't available at 2:00 AM, but she woke up from her sleep to let me in. Calvin also came in to help get rid of the roaches in the room. He sprayed the area and left the roach spray with me. He also brought the extra toilet paper I had asked for. ​Room 22 is in dire need of renovations and a proper cleaning service. There were roaches that mostly came out at night, including small ones in the kitchen and bathroom, and I even found one on the bed. There was grime on the AC unit, microwave, and other surfaces that I tried my best to avoid touching. The kitchen faucet was not properly secured. The bathtub also needs renovating—it was discolored, and the faucet was mismatched, rusted, and confusing to use. ​Additionally, the tub did not drain properly and took several hours to completely empty. My guest was not comfortable taking a shower in a puddle of water left over from my shower the night before. We tried using a plunger, but it didn't work, so he resorted to taking a sink bath (aka a bird bath). It was quite embarrassing for me, though he understood it wasn't my fault. ​I chose this place because it was the cheapest option with good reviews. I wasn't looking for a fancy place, just a clean one, but it unfortunately failed on that front. It is hard to gauge a property when the other reviews do not match my experience at all. All I really needed was a clean room.

Honestly I didn't like anything. The room was very dirty and had a bad odor. We ended up leaving and didn't even stay. It was very poor quality. The couch had stains and crumbs on it the, blinds didn't close people from the next hotels over could see right through.

I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The bed was comfortable. However the place is old and was not exactly clean. There is no one on property for questions.

I accidentally locked myself out of my room #11 shortly after arriving around 7pm Friday. I called the assistance phone number posted on the office door for help. The woman who answered was very rude and suggested I had two options: sleep outside on the hotel property overnight or pick the lock "with a knife". What? No help, no followup phone call, just a refusal to come open the door to my room saying she was an hour away. The next day the hotel office was supposed to open at 9am according to the recording on the "assistance" phone number. No one showed up by 10:30am, stiffing me and another hotel guest that was there at 8:45am to check her bags before waiting for formal room check that afternoon. The room smelled musty/?mold, the pillows were a joke and smelled like they had been stored in an attic for years. I have requested a phone call to discuss a refund and have been ghosted.

Close to the beach

There wasnt any breakfast!! Walking distance from the beach. Accommodations were “quaint”. Lovely courtyard. Everything was clean but a bit “aged”. Not really a problem for me but still… I feel like a person should have access to office 24/7 incase of lockouts etc. but staff wasnt even available during the website’s stated office hours! Also, i felt the security was poor due to their chosen method for keycode entry…i would have at least liked a slide bolt lock for when i was in….

Did notice stains on clean bedding and towels.

Very chill, super close to the beach. Perfect if you want to experience the beach without all of the commotion.

It was small and quaint. The beach is really Close and walking steps. Parking easy as well. Really enjoyed my day.

It was across from the beach you could walk the beach every morning I loved that part being so close to the boardwalk was amazing.

So much to say wrong about this place. I didn’t read the reviews until after the fact. Was in touch with the property because I was afraid my room would get mixed up. They gave me one room as I was on my flight they switched to another room & said they would upgrade me the following day to another. Upon arrival the room smelled of mildew, mosquitoes everywhere, dirty, mold and walls were patched covering mold which seems to be from a leak from the wndow/wall ac. Horrible experience. We actually booked another place because it was unlivable.
