Staff was very nice. Room was very small muggy, comforter was full of stains and cigarette burns. Railings were sticky not very clean place smells aNot recommended for travelers with kids or babies.

Location Check in process is out dated and takes forever

The staff is always wonderful and takes good care of me which includes Shawn, Jennifer, Steven Cristina and Ty. They're the best in the business.

Everything the room, the staff were so helpful. There was nothing there that I didn't like everything was wonderful and I would stay again and I will soon it was just pleasant to be there. I enjoyed it and I would definitely do it again.

Thank you Jennifer, Shawn, Ty and Steven for always making my visit to your hotel very enjoyable.

I stayed at the property for four nights I paid for them online and every morning I had a problem with the property saying that I shouldn't be reserving my room online otherwise I will have to check out at 11:00 and come back at 4:00 for the room even though I had paid in advance at least a day on every reservation I didn't understand this

It was in a great location for me not far from downtown and all the bars easy to walk to or just jump on a Uber for a few dollars the staff were very friendly and answered any questions I had

The pool could be a little more inviting, and the refrigerator in the room had a buildup of ice in it. The freezer portion of it, but it worked great.
