Richards Motel Courtyard

Great stay , relaxing pool area , has all nessisary amenities for a comfortable stay.

Stinky room. Air conditioner was not on and room was like a sauna when first entering. Looks like nobody has remodeled the motel since the 1970s. A bit better than being in prisión, but not my much.

, there was on onsite staff at this particular motel. About a block down, there is another motel which is also managed by the same chain. The check-in staff was so terribly rude and hostile. I urge everyone to remain away from this property. Just my two cents.

Richard’s is WONDERFUL and you should stay here!!

Place was ok clean, the room I got was very spacious, other guests was a bit noisy, can't really tune them out. I would go back for sure.

AC too noisy, not cooling enough, too hot inside

Parking was easy, room spacious and accommodating.

Very good AC on a quiet street , very clean nicely kept pool ! Friendly staff , some rooms have a kitchen .

This is a pleasant and quiet property very clean with a nice kitchen , pool with an available barbecue and good seating areas .

Nice vibes and quiet. I love their strict rules about no parties and they only allow people registered in the room to be on their property....Many of the rooms have a full kitchen a full size refrigerator stove and microwave plenty of sitting area and space

The room was actually a 1 bedroom apartment. It was clean, cold AC, the bed was comfy, 2 tvs, a full kitchen, which we did not use. Just know they require a $50 cash deposit, which they give you right back at check out. I would definitely stay at the courtyard location.
