The AC in our room did not work, despite being on full fan and at 18 degrees. It was 42 degrees that weekend and the room felt like a sauna. I didnt like the window on the side of bathroom next to bed as its right in front of the toilet, we blocked it off with pillows.

Great location for our needs. Expensive in that we need to get two rooms to fit 5 people but everything else was great.

That we had only booked 1 short night!

Location

I stayed here for an event at the Stadium so the location is perfect for me. The staff was quite unfriendly, especially the woman working during breakfast—I believe her name was Laura or Lauren. She completely ignored us twice, despite clearly seeing us waiting to be seated. We ended up waiting around 5 minutes just to get a table, even though it wasn’t busy at all. It was honestly absurd. Additionally, we tried ordering room service twice over the phone because the app wouldn’t work and failed to send a confirmation. Both times, we waited 45 minutes with no food delivered. When we called to follow up, we were told that the person who took our order never actually processed it.

Liked the staff, the room was great with a table to work at. Shower pressure was AWFUL. Was not at all aware that I had to pay for better WI-FI, so I was stuttering through my work on hotel supplied "Free" Wi-Fi. At over $500 per night (for a single room with two beds), I would have assumed a minimum of good wifi and a carpark to boot, but no - that was an extra $49.00 per night. Advertised at $50 per person dinner, all that was available to us on Tuesday night was $125.00 set menu per person. Neither of the Wi-Fi, nor the parking charges was disclosed or explained at check in.

Easy check in with valet parking. Very comfortable quiet room. Very easy walk to Quodos Arena.

The Pullman Olympic Park was very comfortable, clean, and the staff were extremely lovely and helpful. Shower pressure and spread was a bit lacking, but not a huge deal.

Great location for the Easter show or any sports,

Location and was clean Air con didn’t work. Got moved to another room eventually. We weren’t offered anything for the inconvenience. We would have been happy with a $10 voucher at the bar. At least offer something.
