The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient, and the station was close by. It was easy to get around Hong Kong. The room was a little small, but it was fine for a short stay.

The location was absolutely phenomenal- such an easy walk to the convention centre, with all of the amenities one might need easily accessible. The room was not big (it is in Hong Kong afterall!!), but it was nicely appointed, with a great shower!! On talking to others attending the conference, I'm really glad I made the choice to stay at this hotel! The only detraction that I had was finding the hotel on my first night- the mapping app I used had me on the wrong side of the street, and I was looking for bright lights. The hotel's name is a beautiful gold-on-black that wasn't easily visible when I wasn't sure where to look. Once I was on the right side of the street it was easy to find!

Location is excellent, right beside Wan Chai station. So many local food stalls around the hotel. Room is very good value for money and staff is friendly.

The location is great and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The toilet was broken on check-in (which i understand is not something that can be controlled) but someone had used it in the morning and the flush was broken so...that was gross. Also there were some dark black hairs under the sheet. And the shower doesn't drain properly.

Room was good size, so was bed. The room was a little run down, clearly old and wasn't in the best conditions, like a few holes here and there, lack of paint in some areas... but it wasn't dirty, just old.

The location was great next to the subway station, many good eateries were in closed proximity. The reception are was on the 3rd floor. No water was kept in the room, also the tv didn’t have much channels and none were in English.

The location was great, just next to the Wan Chai Metro Station, and is 1 stop to Admiralty, and 2 stops to TST and Central. Walking distance to Wan Chai Market. The Cleanliness is ok, room service and front desk service is good. The hotel needs a major revamp for the room as it is quite dated. The bed has bed bugs. I was badly bitten over the body, legs, head, ears, arms and even on my ears. This is one major cons. Despite the superb location, this bed-bug incident made me avoid this accommodation in my next work trip

5 minute walk to convention center. MTR is beside the hotel. So many restaurants and convenience store around. And very affordable!! None!

This hotel is very near from MTR exit, and there are a lot of shops and bars. It’s very convenient for guests. I was staying at 27th floor. My room didn’t use wifi, so I had to go front desk floor, when I wanted to use it.
