Location is great. Accessible to my meetings. Staff are friendly and when I had a situation they were very accommodating. Just the carpet haha! Some floors may have an eclectic look but for me it triggers my vertigo ?

Great service that accomodated early check in and baggage storage at check out. Friendly cleaning service. Location super central with MTR and bus stops nearby. The room was very spacious for HK standards. The room felt a bit dated and had an unpleasant smell due to mold on the wall. The view was not great. Generally it wasn't really clean and the towels also had some stains. The shower is just a bathtub separated by a shower curtain. Bottled water costs 3HKD. The toilet paper only had 1 layer.

I booked online cost $180 per night (fri, Saturday). Then I needed 1 more night on the quieter night (Monday) $260! Totally unfair! ….it’s NOT how you bring a customer back to a normal hotel! ???…it’s how you take their money! ? there’s no excuses or sorries! …. The only reason for the hotel is because customers made it happen! … don’t screw that customer! (Final)

The location is great for me because it's near some of my favorite restaurants the room is always clean and the staff always treats me like family.

No breakfast buffet, very limited choice at breakfast at the restaurant. Room was a bit small even for HK, had to shuffle past the bottom of the bed as the TV almost overhung it. Virtually zero English language channels on TV.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good. Near to food, shopping, MTR station and bus stop. Rooms are small but comfy and cozy. The hallway to the rooms smells a bit musty. There were a couple of stairs to the lift which makes it difficult. But staff were helpful enough to help.

Close to Wan Chai station in the heart of Hong Kong Island, with many restaurants and activites nearby. A bit dated, but room size was pretty good for Hong Kong Island. Staff were helpful. The 'full bed' in the family room is small. Would not recommend it for two adults.
