the beds were very comfortable, really appreciated the extra space with the bay window - a rarity for HK hotels. the location was perfect - wan chai has so many good food! fat j char siew on the next trip is currently packed so being able to buy back to have the meal in the hotel was lovely. also very close to bowen trail so got to do a bit of hiking and it's great. coco espresso downstairs had excellent coffee too. the room doors are pretty thin so could hear conversations and door closings from the next rooms up till midnight, a little bit disruptive for sleep. also we tried requesting for extra pillows (one was slightly firmer but still soft, the other one given was so flat and soft i tried rolling it into a bolster instead and it was still flat) but don't know if it's a miscommunication but the housekeeping who came didn't want to give us pillows because they were like you already have 2 each. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Room was clean and bright, very good location, a short walk to Wan Chai or Admiralty stations. Restaurants and shopping within 1 or 2 blocks. Bathroom was small, but this is Hong Kong, all rooms are small.

Location, clean, great value. The breakfast is a solid buffet for about 100hkd Rooms are dark and tight for 2 people.

Had a one night layover in HK. Great location. Block away from Peak Bus. Front desk staff created an itinerary for me to see and walk to from hotel. Food and cultural sights. Bed could have been softer. But that’s true of any hotel in Asia.

They clean our room everyday, and provided us fresh towels daily!

The rooms are not sound proofed at all, had to sleep with ear plugs as housekeeping started at 7:30/8 am on my floor and the doors opening / closing / knocking on neighbors doors sounded like someone was in my room

I liked that the neighborhood was quiet and still had character. Very accesible if you are commuting and lots of places to visit within the area. The rooms were also spacious and very clean. The only thing I didnt like was they had no bidet.

The location is great and it is closed to the subway. Also there are a lot of restaurants around there. The room is a bit in the smaller side. However, this is the second time I stayed there and I really enjoyed and liked this hotel.

The location is perfect. It is close to tram bus and mtr stations. The markets are nearby. For the night jaffe street is there. The breakfast variety, freshness and lounge of breakfast is perfect. The staff is welcoming and helpful for every request. All rooms are for non-smoking, so you can’t ask for room with room window can open. The sizes of the room comparatively small within same budget of hotels. Despite location building is silent. Yet the rooms is not. You can hear everything from next room. Wish a luck for silent neighbor. The toilet and bathroom design is unpleasant. But this hotel is very likely not preferred for it’s bathroom quality.

I’ve had a wonderful stay. Everything was excellent, starting from the hospitality of the staff to the comfortable facilities. We was not sure about the payment confirmation, but the professional hotel managers made everything clear. Thank you for the pleasant connection and only good memories.
