Location was superb, a short walk to everything we wanted to see on Hong Kong Island. Room was bright and cheerful with a unique layout which made great use of the space. When choosing which hotel to stay in on Hong Kong Island, Indigo offered great value for money and we would recommend on that basis. The reception from the team when we arrived couldn't have been more underwhelming. It was as if our arrival put the team out and interrupted what they were doing; even eye contact from one team member who was busy paper shuffling seemed a stretch for them. We stayed in three hotels during our stay in Hong Kong and unfortunately the customer service let Hotel Indigo down. That said, we did have a faulty tap in our room which the maintenance crew were quick to come and fix and the team left a nice gesture (wine and chocolate) to apologise for the inconvenience.

Fabulous room! I was looking for a spacious room for a several night stay and the Indigo was great! There are a lot of places to store things and the view is awesome. The staff was also very nice. The shower did not drain well, but that's an easy fix. Also a bummer that the pool is closed for maintenance and probably would be good to put that in the description of the hotel, not a message after booking it.

the handicapped room I had was very hit-or-miss but was the only one available for half the week. the bathroom smelled like toilet.

Easy short walk to Wan Chai subway station. The bed was huge and super comfortable. Room size was large. Housekeeping rang everyday to ask when they could make up the room... they never called until lunch, so I thought this was considerate and a bonus they were keen to clean daily. The room was perfectly cleaned each time. My non smoking room stunk of cigarette smoke. Even with the air freshner I requested it could barely cover it. I sprayed the room everyday but it just couldn't cover the smell. Not amazing for a 'non-smoking room'. Pool is tiny and was closed for two days of my four day stay due to a typhoon (that never happened). The gym is crazy small, don't waste your time. The nearby 24/7 gym is huge and has everything (fill in the online free visit). The wait to check in was long due to a large group checking in before me so I'll cut the staff some slack for that. The breakfast at the hotel is only adequate.

I’ve been staying at Hotel Indigo Hong Kong for years, and this certainly wasn’t my first visit — every time I return, it feels just as special as the first. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. The rooms are always spotlessly clean, modern, and comfortable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff — incredibly helpful, professional, and always smiling. Their warm attitude makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The rooftop pool is a great place to unwind, and the rooftop bar offers stunning views of the Hong Kong skyline — a real highlight of every stay. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Indigo to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and unforgettable views. Thank you for another amazing stay — I’ll definitely be back!

The location was perfect. The shower / bathroom area is inconvenient - water gets everywhere. The flooring in the room is very dated.

Great location close to metro line so easy access to both Kowloon and Hong Kong. Staff were friendly and always happy to help It would be good to make the toilet door full height as there is no privacy when using the bathroom
