Practically, I have no complaints whatsoever

I purchased the Harbour View, and it was great. Money well spent. The bed was a bit hard, but you just call for a mattress topper and they bring one. This can also be a cultural thing. Not so cushy as North America, and totally OK.

We loved the location as it so easy to walk around and especially the bus stop the catch the bus to the airport. The toilet shower area needs better cleaning.

We are couple stayed for 5 days/4 nights. We chose the hotel due to proximity to public transportation, price and facility. We like it that the hotel is spacious for the price, it has the basic amenities (water kettle, tea and coffee inside the room is a big plus in our view), bathroom is actually spacious, water dispenser available in the reception is amazing! Also microwave to heat up the left over food - excellent!. Pillow is nice, the mattress a bit too hard for our liking, but it is fine. Staff also helpful and allowed us to have late check out till 1 PM which is greatly appreciated for our late afternoon flight out from HKG. AC too cold in the room, even we turned off the AC completely, we still felt too cold in the morning. Perhaps another power socket next to the other bed would improve our staying there.

If your going to Macau, this is a great place to stay. Less than 15 minute walk to the Shenwan Ferry Terminal. This is why I chose this hotel. Was a little difficult to find for Uber driver.

Excellent location and the views were great. Everything was fantastic, but the breakfast buffet was rather boring.

Very close to bus stops and tram stations. The staff are also very nice and friendly. And the rooms are also pretty, the beds are spacious. There’s no bidet

Mostly always stay at Ibis when I'm in Hong Kong, it's clean, amazing location and room size is decent. The shower is a good size and lighting in the bathroom is great for makeup! Only thing is there is not a plug by a mirror so difficult to dry / curl hair

The location was close to public transportation. Breakfast was good. The property is a bit dated. I was given a room that was made for individuals with physical disabilities. The bathroom sink leaked and was a bit too small

Price Far from MTR in Hong Kong Standard. Room not clean. Human hair on nightstand, air feels dusty inside the room.

Great location close to bus stop and attractions Bathroom could use updating, shower did not drain properly and base boards were warped from moisture. Mattress was very firm.

The location was good and the room was clean. We only saw the staff at check in and check out, not enthusiastic and barely spoke generally. The view from the room was ugly unfortunately.
