My only criticism is the coffee in the room - the only coffee was a 3 in 1 bag (sugar, milk powder and coffee), no regular coffee was available even after asking for some from the reception.

Great location! Room small but it was comfortable, clean and cozy.

It’s location and clean room I think the hotel cuts corners on everything. No coffee machine, tiny gym, not guest rest areas.

The hotel was very good, with interesting architecture. They have 4 options of breakfast all very good. It has a wonderful view of Hong Kong Bay. Everything was fine.

Convenient location. Provide laundry service ( have to pay) . Clean. Did not pay attention to my special request as it was my honeymoon. Also very slow to reply on booking.com

Location is good The room corridor, seems narrow, bathroom sliding door does not flush well - occasionally I experience this inconvenience somewhere around this area.

Location is great, in an area full of bars and restaurants. It was really expensive for the value. The pillows are terrible.

I know and like the Sheung Wan area, so no surprise there. This new property was very good, with great staff, beautiful color scheme and confortable room. Nothing, really.

Room was nice, with great view of the SoHo and the peak Shower was amazing - great water pressure - really not exaggerating here, one of the best hotel showers I was in Some of the light control buttons had colliding circuits requiring me to debug turning light on & off Left a mere tshirt for laundry (longest return estimate was the following day at 8PM), got the shirt two days after submission, and was required to pay a deposit in hindsight (you hold my card details, and I’m mid-stay. I feel like returning my laundry 1 day later than promised together with a cryptic letter requesting me to attend the lobby desk in order to pay a hindsight deposit for a laundry - on a single tshirt!!! - is a bit excessive) Additionally, breakfast isn’t a buffet but rather a set menu - each set menu’s rather small in size, not all of them include a drink, and the pricing is unreasonably high for what’s provided. Hop onto any cafe in the city and you’d find a better breakfast for a third of the price.

Great location with many restaurants and easy MRT access. But the sea view room is 70% blocked by buildings in the front, not worth the high price for sea view room.

Staff super nice in the reception, very helpful. Great restaurants around of Viet and Thai food. Breakfast not good. Very greasy and not a good taste.

I like the design of the room and customer service is very good. The details of the room, including electrical & cable outlets on the walls, the design of the bathroom etc are well throughout. I also like the area, convenient yet characteristic of old/new HK (old style shops & restaurants, right next to new chic cafes). The housekeeping staff is generally good, but sometimes, absent minded (room was cleaned well but left a cleaning cloth behind, or replaced one coffee mug and forgot about the second coffee mug). The room was cleaned well, just felt like they sometimes left in a rush, without doing a final visual check before leaving.

The staff are helpful and attentive. The facilities are decent, although a bit lacking. The rooms are clean and sanitary, as well as the bathroom. It's also super close to major landmarks and transportation hubs. There are no water dispensers in the rooms nor in the hallways. You could request for additional tetra packs of water but it was too bothersome to keep asking for them all the time. Bathroom toilet is also basic, no bidet. Elevators also took quite a while to arrive compared to other hotels of similar size.

Location: Hotel is very near to Sheung Wan MTR station (the MTR station do not have nearest lift exit just beware if bringing big luggage) easily accessible to HK Central & Causeway Bay. Hotel is clean and new. Nothing
