Good location The bathroom could have been cleaner!

It was clean and modern and aesthetically pleasing. The lockers were great The towels were teeny tiny :)

Would have been nice to get a more accurate sense of what the pods are actually like beforehand as the website was a bit unclear. Also would have been helpful to maybe have a video of someone entering the building as it took me a second to find when I arrived late.

Perfect if you need a place to crash at night. No facilities other than the capsules so you’re either in the capsule or out and about. Great location and very comfortable Just be aware that there’s no real space to hang out other than the capsule so if you’re not looking for much social interaction this might not be the place

Great value for money if you like capsule hotels in a great location near to the Macau ferry terminal and close to a lot of restaurants I didn't like the fact it was down some slide street and the fact someone helping me check-in was watching input the code to my locker. Showers were bad and not finished just concrete and a few tiles

As space is premium, nothing is cheap in Hong Kong, but that said, for the price you have almost everything you need at Sleep. You have a private space, comfortable bed with charging points, nice lighting and a magnetic blanket that seals you off from the outside. The lockers are a decent size. The bathrooms are nice with hot water and pressure that a lot of places would kill for. The whole place is very clean, and there's a great wifi connection. The place is completely unmanned, but entry and check-out were super easy and smooth. The location is fantastic! The downside was that there wasn't any communal space, so accessing the contents of one's suitcase was slightly awkward, but hey, small problem. Overall I thought it was great for the price. The only major downside was that there was no luggage storage for before check-in and after check-out. I'd stay again though.

Good location, easy to find using the provided instructions. Mattresses were thin but very comfortable. Not too many beds so was fairly quiet, lots of locker space for checked sized luggage and a shelf for backpacks/smaller luggage. A well equipped bathroom. I didn’t use it but the power point in the locker would be useful for some. All of the USB ports in my bed were broken and the single power point was a little fiddly. Despite signs telling you to pull/push the entrance door closed, I found it unlocked several times.

The location is definitely the best part of this hostel (one metro station from HK central station) Also the fact that you’re 4 on one side makes that you don’t hear that much noice. The check-in is done by a QR code and if you have a problem with that process, you will not be able to enter the property.

Very good location, close to central area and MRT. Very clean and comfy, single use amenities like toothbrushes, shavers and towels provided. Very good value for money if staying for one or two nights. Clean bathrooms and toilet. The air conditioning unit was very loud, felt like it was just over my head as I was on the top bed.

Except that everything was very clean and extremely comfortable, the staff was doing a great job everyday keeping the place clean. The location is super convenient since it's near Central and also has the train station quite close to it, so not much walking needed! There were no things I disliked everything excited my expectations and I will be looking forward staying in the same place for my next trip in HongKong!

Sleep was located in the heart of Hong Kong, making it an easy and convenient place to access. Stairs with a suitcase wasn't ideal.

The place is pretty much as advertised. You get a capsule bed, there is a thin mattress, a thin blanket and a pillow. Not particularly comfortable. There is a small locker space available. There is a bathroom with towels. The place is very clean. Free wifi is provided. Check in was smooth. Single worst thing about the place is that it was increadibly noisy at night, ie. well past midnight. People walk in and out, close/open the door, toss their things around etc. I found this very inconsiderate and my experience was quite disappointing. I did not sleep well at all, unfortunatelly.

it has everything what you need. Close to center. hard to find. there is no personal (is not too bad)

the place is well maintained and very clean + super comfy bed to sleep in and quiet spacious, I'm a tall person 1'93 and had no prob sleeping very comfy inside the capsule :) the usb charger inside the capsule are all broken, not possible to charge your phone or anything
