For this price and location, nothing I dislike.

We choose this hotel as its 14 min walking from ocean park and we had limited time to visit it . - they never replied to my messages sent here . - they charged extra for 5 years old breakfast though it’s not mentioned on booking.com that I ll be charged for this - very poor breakfast - extremely cold in common areas and the aircon in the room was set at 19 degrees so we had to keep the door open for few minutes after getting our room - reception staff not friendly

Room had nice interior and was very big. The location of the hotel is perfect, 5 min away from metro. Nothing.

Compared to most of the properties I found.. the room was spacious and very neatly designed, and at a relatively good price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The ones I got their names were Bobby @ Check-in , & Sammy, who helped me communicate with the Didi service in Chinese to try and resolve an issue. Thank you very much. Also 2 gentlemen at the parking, who provided me with guidance and assistance. Also thought the location was great. A recommendation to install a bidet/ washing hose at the toilet in the washroom.

The rooms were spacious and family room concept is very convenient. The water cooler is useful as well as otherwise we would always have to keep boiling or buying water.

Large, comfortable rooms, convenient location, quiet, sunny, and good value. Free coffee in the lobby. Nice staff. The adjoined rooms had some wear and tear and could have been a little cleaner. There were no mirrors aside from in the bathrooms.

Good value. Beds on the firm side. Hill view The breakfast was atrocious. So don’t pay for the breakfast! You can organize your own with the fridge in your room, and or grab what you need at the nearby mall. Location lacks any charm but if you need to be on south side of the island it’s fine.

Ocean park could be seen from our hotel room and it was a walking distance to the gate of Ocean Park. Nearest metro station and bus stops were very near and next to the nearest metro station there was a shopping mall called Southside which included several restaurants.

House keeping didn't clean the glass in the bathroom, it had mold on it.

The cleanliness, staff were all good The policy like we booked with breakfast for 2 adults and a 4 year old kid for 6 days and they didn't allow the kid for breakfast . They said the breakfast is only for 2 adults and we need ro pay for kid Very disappointed by such act of theirs. The guest need to fill their water bottles may be some sustainability initiatives so still ok. The location is far from city centre though nearby MTR but a good 8-9 min walk

The hotel is in a great location. On the quieter side of the island however the local bus stop is nearly outside ( in fact there is a stop which says Nina Hotel on the route) . The MRT is close too. We travelled from the airport on this with ease. Transport is reliable and cheap. We had a lovely room overlooking the hills. The bed was very comfortable. Shame the pool was not open for our stay. The gym looked good but we didn’t use. We paid for breakfast which was fine. The staff were lovely and so helpful. Would I recommend………..absolutely yes.
