the staff was excellent. however the room was dusty and bed was not comfortable.

clean room, good shower, good bed, some amenities including small fridge, modern vibe, good location next to bus stops/MTR, shopping mall nearby hotel bar could be improved (almost no snack options, same for beer), rooms are small (but this was expected), very few options to eat in the area (hotel included).

Room had a practical layout with a futuristic vibe - automatic night blinds and an Alexa for music. The location was great as its by the train and only a few stops to Central.

The shower area is completely separated with the toilet and no area to hang the towel inside.

Price quality relationship isn't bad, but I wouldn't recommend. Friendly staff. Room was worst than expected, and next to a noisy highway. Restaurant food and gym are both very average.

One thing we really appreciate is the on-site self serve laundry, which is a huge bonus.
