Old hotel, zero value for money. Nothing good about it Staff where so rude during checkout and disrespectful. During check in staff where unprofessional, it took me 30 minutes standing at the counter to get my keys.

Location and rooms are amazing but a little small for the price. But well worth it if you have a short stay in HK. Initially wanted to charge us for extra bed for two young children but offered complimentary in the end.

Room very comfortable and stylish, and housekeeping was superb. Popinjays dining was very well done, and we also enjoyed the bar. The Murray Lane lunch offerings on a Saturday - very limited choice and we didn't enjoy the 3 dishes we chose. The pizza was stodgy and the salad very meagre. Seemed expensive. However we did enjoy all other dining at the hotel.

Thank you for the fresh water, as well as the tea, coffee and fruit. • Excellent housekeeping—our room was always spotless and well cared for. • Breakfast was nicely prepared using fresh and high-quality ingredients. Both the buffet and the à la carte menu were excellent. • Complimentary lounge access, with its delicious dining selections, as well as the complimentary (limited) ironing service, were great benefits. Thank you for this. • The location was quite central, next to the Peak Tram station, and easy to reach via the connecting escalators. • Special thanks to Alan, who was extremely helpful during our check-out and even afterwards. • The shuttle service was a great convenience and took us close to our next destination. Nothing :)

The room was great. My priority is always to feel safe and for the room to feel clean. The room was very spacious and clean and the bathroom and bed were all very nice. They also have so many things available in the room if you need (e.g. makeup remover) and all you need to do is ask for it. They also put something to help you sleep by your bed every night like a tea, or a sleeping mask, or a pillow spray - such a nice touch to the room / experience. Gym / pool are nice but could be a little newer? but still overall its decent.

We were not able to attend this hotel, since my fiancé was not granted permission by Philippine’s customs.

The hotel is pristine and the service is excellent. After checking in we had to wait even though it was 4 pm already. Since our booked room was deleyed, the reception staff was very attentive to give us a better room so we didnt have to wait any longer. They also send a fruit platter. The service making up the room was impecable! they were always taking care of every detail. We also had lunch at The Garden restaurant and we were delighted with the quality of the food. The location was very convenient and easy to get around. Cant think of anything.

Excellent location to access Peak Tram, Star Ferry to Kowloon and bus routes to Repulse Bay and Stanley. Staff were excellent, rooms very nicely appointed and buffet/alacarte breakfast was fantastic. Especially enjoyed ability to enjoy a fine evening cigar outside the hotel.
