Our stay at The St. Regis Hong Kong was exceptional and delivered the level of luxury and service that the brand is renowned for. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. The staff were professional, attentive, and consistently focused on ensuring every aspect of our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The rooms were beautifully appointed, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day exploring Hong Kong. One of the highlights of our stay was the St. Regis Bar. The atmosphere was elegant and sophisticated, with an excellent selection of food, cocktails, and premium beverages. The cocktails were expertly crafted and among the best we enjoyed during our visit. The bar also features a well-stocked humidor offering a fine selection of cigars, complemented by a comfortable outdoor smoking terrace that provided a relaxing space to unwind. Dining at the Michelin-starred Run restaurant was another standout experience. The cuisine was exceptional, showcasing outstanding flavours, presentation, and attention to detail. It was a truly memorable dining experience and one of the highlights of our time in Hong Kong. Overall, The St. Regis Hong Kong provided a luxurious and highly enjoyable stay, combining exceptional service, elegant accommodation, outstanding dining, and world-class hospitality. We would not hesitate to return. If there was one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast, which felt somewhat limited in choice and not quite in line with the value expected at this level.

Nice styled hotel and beautiful rooms. The staff is ultimately friendly. They even have a tv in the bathtub (ours didn’t work tho) All of the restaurants are Michelin star restaurants where you can only eat with a reservation- for a 2 days stay it’s not possible to eat in the hotel, only basically if you order room service. Another point was that there is no jacuzzi available.

Beautiful new hotel with great facilities in central area. The room is huge and marble bathroom is stunning. Breakfast was wonderful as well and great bonus was that they can bring it to your room without extra charge. Wooden floors and room decoration made me feel cozy and at home. Staff very helpful and professional. Will come back ! I would say that the only thing that was missing is bidet!

The rooms are modern, spacious, clean with amazing views, meeting all of the expectations of the St. Regis brand. Location was great to experience the harbor and central, and the amenities were exceptional (especially the bar!). Wilson and Skye stood out amongst a staff of all-stars, and we will definitely be back when in Hong Kong. 10 Stars! Nothing to complain about, the only thing that could have made the visit better is if we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be returning to the St. Regis Hong Kong.

From seamless check-ins to helping coordinate every detail, Priscila ensured everything was handled flawlessly. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this hotel delivers on all fronts – world-class service, fantastic dining, and stunning design. I’ll absolutely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong. 10/10. Bravo to the entire St. Regis team! nothing.. all to perfection.

Not the best and you’re getting your money worth. Concierge was rude by telling me they can’t call third parties and help me with the booking even when i give them the number and just ask for help since the language barrier
