I had a great stay overall. The hotel was comfortable, the staff were welcoming, and the location made it easy to explore Hong Kong and get around the city. The only downside was the price, which felt quite high compared to similar hotels. Aside from that, I was very happy with the experience.

Jaevianne at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating. Deserves a raise! I had an evening flight after checkout and they let me keep my bags at the hotel while I continued to explore on my last day. The gym shower was also a nice touch. Very clean. I was impressed with the presence of Malin and Goetz in the rooms!

Very close to the HK-Macau ferry terminal and the room felt modern with really nice dark tones for its aesthetic. Helpful staff as well!

Clean The pictures are not real. The rooms are tinier and only 1 window. The neighboor itself is not pleasent. Also, There is no breakfast available at the premises. They give you a voucher to go have a tiny plate and a single drink to nearby coffees which are neither clean nor have good food. Definitely recommend staying somewhere with proper breakfast for this price.

Many of the staff were lovely and very helpful. It was very clean and location is fantastic. Very comfortable and peaceful hotel. Our biggest concern was with value - we paid for a deluxe room (near $550 AUD a night) with the expectation it was modern and with a spectacular view. On arrival, we received a room that had a mediocre view. We gave feedback and were moved to a room with a better view the following night. Overall the rooms are clean and have everything you need, but are ‘decent’ rather than ‘deluxe’, in our view. Facilities and fit out is also decent overall.

Location is fantastic as right next to subway and surrounded by hidden cafes and restaurants. Staff simply outstanding as they ensured our stay with the baby went smoothly from start to finish. Only minor thing was not being able to move the furniture in the living room area but not a biggie at all. Room was very spacious and well maintained.

Nice large room with kitchenette & sitting area. Lots of natural light. Very comfortable. Good walkable location right near a subway (MTR) station. Very clean. Helpful front desk staff. In room Nespresso coffee maker was deluxe! No breakfast on site.

location is great. spacious room. quiet environment. there was hair on the shower floor which was quite disgusting. given its pricing, i was expecting better hygiene.

Staff was exceptional. It's in a convenient location for public transportation. For foreigners and visitors from out of country, you can take the airport express train and connect to the local MTR for a 5-minute walk to the hotel. Not much. It's great stay with the money you pay.

Super large room. For HK standards it's massive and comfortable. Interior of the room is quite new, nothing old here. Nice coffee capsules and water machine for drinking. Also super close to Macau ferry terminal. If you can afford it, 100% worth it. None to be honest. Hong Kong can be expensive but that's the way it is.
