Location and price in an expensive area. Luggage storage was safe and convenient. Room was basic, but had what we needed for our short overnight.

Central Er couldt flush for 2 days !! And there was no alternatives to use a toilet and they only have 1 time towels

Location only which is close to the Macau ferry terminal. Staffs during the day were friendly and helpful. Very Small room.

Nothing Dirty, small room, hard to find

The location is very central. Very close to many cafes, convenience stores and the train station. The staff were also very friendly. The bathroom was very unsanitary. There was a of calcium buildup on the shower head; the condensate piping from the air-conditioned was on the bathroom floor directed to the shower drain ; The bathroom window and window frames were very dirty and the shower curtains had lots of mold. Air-conditioner had no drip-tray so the water leaked from it.

Location, service, comfort, quiet

The location is the best part of this hotel, less than 50 meters from a metro station, with a small marked and restaurants at the street. The bed was just two mattress on the floor. The hot water was not working, the first time I complained the staff came and turned it on again. The second time I tried to use the shower, I called the reception and no one answered, so I gave up and took a cold shower. The shower was leaking all around. The room was smelling mold and looked like the door latch was violent removed and the door was never fixed after that.

Great location and friendly staff. Dirty, old, unmaintained. A lizard climbed out of a hole bedbug the air conditioning. There were brown streaks on the wall. I found someone else's glasses in my room.

The location First, when someone was taking a shower the noise of the boiler/pipes was extremely high, the wall close to the bed was vibrating, impossible to keep sleeping during the middle of the night. 2) the bed was pretty hard, no confortable at all. 3) the other rooms where a few cm from each other so, the noise of closing and opening door considering that the bed was literally in front of the door was another issue if you wanna sleep well. 3) the walls of the bedroom where is pretty bad conditions, the paper wall was attached with tape on several points of the room. 4) the TV was hanging on the door (dangerous) 5) open holes in the ceiling, I was able to see the cables and pipes. 6) no windows 6) the shower screen was a black piece of plastic (if you are picky this is not your place) 7) no mini fridge, if you buy something to eat take this into consideration 8) no heating only air conditioning

Not clean. Needs renovation. If you are very particular with the cleanliness of where you staying. Do not book this hotel

Low cost and close to the train station room was a bit small

Great location. Room smelt like cigarettes, there was cracked walls, painting coming off the roof and no hot water
