Staff was amazing Breakfast was decent Great location I got bedbug bites all over my legs and arms. Everything else was great, but that really turned me off from wanting to come back.

staff were great in check in, and check -out they organised a taxi for an early flight and they did the best they could do. location was great, the hotel was ok though rooms need more tlc. the pictures didn't match booking.com in realty, we had stayed in better accom in china and it was a stop over on the way back but my kids were shocked compared to what we stayed in before, rooms was rundown, floor was a bit dirty and air conditioning was noisey . we booked here when a lot of hotels were booked out for an event so room rate was a bit high.

Location was good . Room was a bit old fashioned and very small. However that was compensated by having a fair size balcony with a magnificent harbor view.

felt an authentic, even little vintage, Hong Kong hotel. Close to all HK central venues and sights, great front desk team. Affordable during Art Basel. Nothing to note

Great location. Staff very nice. Rooms are just not clean. Carpets stained everywhere, curtains stained, musty smell. Changed my room, but was bad enough that I left after 2 days of a 4 day stay, gave up my money.

I like that the hotel is in a central location, the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The housekeepers keep your room very clean and stocked with towels which for us is a big plus. The breakfast though good is expensive.

Great location although disabled people may struggle with the surrounding streets which are hilly or have a lot of steps. Bed was comfortable. Good shower and water flow excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel overall and happily stay there again. Pillows were horribly flat and floppy. Couldn't really fault anything else.
