I got a free upgrade so this was excellent (room 32) I can see that these are not standard hotel rooms - shower and bathroom a bit pushed in a space and no black out curtains. Room amenities were good. Spaces were quiet small even if I had an upgrade. I do intend to book you again as I had full privacy. For reception and cleaning staff. Excellent .

Large room with views. Dinning area and comfy sectional sofa. Beautiful white marble bathroom. Comfy bed & pillows. Single bath vanity. One elevator for building.

The staff is helpful especially the older reception employee from Philippine. The location is also good. 1- I didn’t like the smell at the street ( before you enter the hotel) I know it is not their fault but they need to follow up with the city to rectify it. 2- The toilet wash basin is very small and funny shape.

Very spacious room for HK standards, and was great to have our own floor as we had our 6 weeks old daughter with us. Also very clean and very friendly and attentive staff. Everything was great.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was massive for only one person and you are very central to the ferry terminals and the main streets as well. With a 5 minute or less walk to 7/11 or supermarkets. Would deffo stay here again . Very cheap as well The fact I could find anything about the $1500 HKD deposit for the one night stay. And the drain in the shower took forever to drain and flooded very quickly but it didn't flood the bathroom.

Great location, fabulous staff, very very comfortable bed, great view of the city, No international news channel or even youtube on the television - rather tacky for a high-end hotel and the decor on the one bookcase conssiting of empty boxes with hokey philosophical quotes also was tacky for such a high end place where the staff and amenities and comfort are toop notch. The fact that htere was no restaurant was fine, there are pleany of eateries on the doorstep

Great Location in HK. Nice room. The surface of the room mentioned on booking (75 sqm) is highly overestimated ! the real size is max 35 sqm.

Staying on the 36th floor was cool, apartment was nice I thought it was a hotel but it’s just serviced apartments so doesn’t offer any other services

I like the space in the room. The front desk staffs were friendly & helpful The elevator is insufficient, even though there are only one unit per floor but the building has almost 36 floor.
