The hotel is old, the rooms are very small, the bed is uncomfortable, and it does not provide a toothbrush.

The staff is so friendly. The photos show double beds. We found single beds. No wardrobes to hang our clothes. Tea bags were not provided every day. I had to buy my own tea so I could have tea in my room every day.

There were some issues with my room; a broken fridge, broken AC, and broken shower tiles. Housekeeping said the fridge is not supposed to be cold. Front desk staff was nice enough to switch me to another room in the morning. Every morning at 7AM the fire alarm would go off for 2 minutes. Rooms are obviously small but with terrible design; the toilet had 3 inches of leg space before the tub.

There were stains on the bedsheets and wall, mold on the wall and ceiling. Advertisement still says there is a pool but the pool is closed.

Honestly nothing No view as promised. Extremely dirty room, very unpleasant stuff, disorganized. Made me wait for hours before the room was ready. Huge disorganized queues. Elevator is not working

The design of the building (wallpapers and all those crazy colors were tiring) and the towels. Towels were torn and it was smelling musty.
