Very spacious, clean and comfortable. And the view from the room is spectacular. Good location too.

Spacious but no amenities in teh bathroom and no water was given at all. At least 2-3 bottles of water should be given to the guests No bath and shower ammenites. No water given for drinking. Terrible

Very wide window to see the whole harbour and the good view with a place to sit just besides the window.

Hard to beat the views over the harbour. The apartment is very large by Hong Kong standards, and very stylishly decorated. The place was spotless and modern, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Some minor traffic noise from the freeways below, but not nearly enough to be disturbing and nothing after midnight. The location is a bit on the edge of town, but a very short walk from the middle of Sai Ying Pun and the MTR.

The space is big enough and relaxing. I’d say you’ll feel you’re at home not in a room. Although I paid before I check in, and there was only one customer (me) at the front desk, it still took more time to check in than I expected. Actually no lobby for guests. There is a space and some decorations but ppl are not allowed to enter. They don’t offer soap in the wash room. （maybe they should have said it in advance) (But thank God toilet paper is ready to use.) The receptionist tried to get me a soap when I asked him. Then he told me I can put the trash outside the door and they will take the garbage away. I thought they don’t clean up the room everyday spontaneously (they will if you asked them to do so). The weather was extremely cold but they asked the guests to keep the air conditioner setting in a mode in order to avoid mold growth. I believe the mode was changed into warming up by the cleaning staff. Hence, finally I could stop shivering while I was in the room. However that was the last night I stayed there. No drinking water was provided. Honestly I expected to get more sweet service and higher quality with this price. Honestly I could book a small room from mandarinoriental with almost the same price.

Great location on Hong Kong Island with amazing views. The apartment was huge with excellent lighting and air conditioning. A shared laundry on a separate floor was free to use and a great convenience to us after spending 5 days in Taipei beforehand. I emailed the property twice prior to book an additional night however did not receive a response. I ended up making a new reservation rather than extending my original booking and the staff did not see the extra night when we checked in. It was luckily not an issue. The refrigerator was not cleaned out from the previous occupants and there was smelly old spilled milk inside.

Hotel didn't reflect photos. Space accurate but age difficult to tell and it was quite old. Location was quite a shock as it was in a downmarket part of Central and difficult to find restaurants open when we arrived at 8.45 pm. Location as we had to spend a considerable amount on transport to get us to central part of Central district in Hong Kong.

H I am still waiting get invoice from them- that is also your duty to make sure that happens. Not sure I will use booking.com again

The staff is friendly and the location 1) I sent multiples emails to the property but no respond 2) the bed sheet and the blanket didnt changed daily as pet said 3) cumulate dustbin didnt clear
