The room had a very good view, comfortable, compact and clean. It has a kettle too. The window obviously cannot be open, but in the bathroom the small window can be opened and offers a stunning view. Everything is great. The staff is extra kind and nice.

Very clean, simple yet all you need is in the room, very helpful and sweet staff. Room was a good size, location a stones away from tram, MTR and bus. Walking distance from Central if you want to, stroll through the waterfront on your way to and back from hotel. Close to shops, restaurants and convenience stores. Very good experience overall. The bed was a bit on the harder side to my liking but comfortable.

Great budget option in Hong Kong! 4 fast elevators means that you never have to wait long for the elevator. Our room on the 8th floor was spacious enough. Clean, convenient and quiet (there are only 2 rooms per floor). Comfy bed. The AC works well (we visited in hot July). The shower in the bathroom was pleasant. The staff in the lobby is patient and kind, happy to answer all kinds of questions from travelers. In the lobby there is complimentary cold water for guests. There is a laundry service next door. We often went to eat at the nearby Jack's Pizzeria - recommended. A children's playground-park is also nearby.

Room size is generous for the price and location in Hong Kong. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cleaning staff is very professional and friendly as well. Location convenient to airport bus, MTR and a multitude of restaurants. Would definitely book again. There is a 100€/ 500 HKD deposit when checking in. I wasn't aware of the deposit beforehand. But they do take multiple currencies for it.

The people's manager - Patrick - is always smiling and ready to help. We really recommend looking for him once you enter the hotel. He also knows perfect English. Really close to the metro station - <5 min on foot. There are cheaper options in the area, where you can get food, as it is relatively expensive in Hong Kong. The room was very clean, air conditioning was working fine, and the beds were comfy. There are travel adapters in the room, which was really helpful for us Europeans. We also had a refrigerator, which was a pleasant surprise. .

We were upgraded following a mix up with the booking. But the new room was clean and quiet, which all we wanted. The initial mix up was not easy to solve due to poor English on their side. But the issue was solved eventually.
