The photos advertised on the website are exactly what you get. Huge range of cable tv. Spacious kitchen. Large full size fridge. Tropical feel and spacious lobby. Daily fresh beach towels available. Beach towels available pool side too, sign in/out. Plenty of available lifts between 27 floors. Free DVD rental. Bond was recredited to account within 24 hours of check out. Thanks. Dated kitchen but very spacious. No air con in resort except in your room. Ice in bucket is available from reception only. Laundry is DIY paid for by vending card. But not too much to complain about.

Ocean view, cleanliness, soft pillows, the kitchen, staffs were friendly Valet parking takes a while, causing traffic in the entrance. No vent in the bathroom. Aircon was not getting cold, there is air but not cold air

The hotel ok. The rooms have nice views but they need deep cleaning. It’s seems as if the hotel staff just wipes down rooms. Great Location and the the full kitchen is nice.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious room, the aircon worked super well, no musty smell, the kitchen was very useful. The bed was comfortable and our kid slept on the pull out couch bed and said it was very comfortable. The ocean view was just beautiful. The 2 coupons for free ice cream at the ice cream shop in the hotel was a nice touch. There’s a few restaurants nearby we got takeout from.

It was a very relaxing staycation and we were treated to the best ocean sunset view. Thank you Luke! Very convenient to having a restaurant, ice cream shop and Kauai market quick bites and souvenirs.

loved every minute of being there, especially the staff members who have worked there 40 years the Bowman I forget his name incredible people good job guys it was nothing to not like

We had a wonderful stay! We were here for a week to work an event at the convention center and chose this hotel because of the more affordable pricing and the ocean view. The rooms loom pretty much exactly like the photos, but the kitchen was a bit more outdated than expected, particularly the oven. The beds were comfy enough and we loved havinf a view of the ocean from our balcony. The pools were both nice and the staff was friendly every time we interacted with them. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm back on the island :)

Exceptional

The view was wonderful. The staff exception. Food, drinks and shopping at facility was appreciated. Location was very acceptable. Very clean and upgraded. Nothing to complain about.

Ocean was visible from our room and shops/stores/food is close by within walking distance. It was an amazing stay, we did have the Lite room so it was not updated like the others but that didn’t matter to us. ROD was very helpful and always had a great attitude, he was very accommodating and we will definitely be back! Mahalo!

The room was amazing the view far beyond our expectations, especially since we were able to see the fireworks from the balcony. Service was great. I think I’ll be staying in this hotel every single time I go to Hawaii.

It was a spotless room with amazing views, the staff was exception and kind. I would stay here again without hesitation.
