Lot of noise from construction. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Me gustó mucho los desayunos súper recomendados ,las vistas del hotel son increíbles por lo menos la del piso 25 ,la atención fue buena

Very beautiful hotel with view . Only thing I didn’t like was the daily parking fee and resort fee when I was at the beach never went to the pool and the parking was dumb to pay and it you leave the garage might get full and they say it’s “ first come first serve “ type of situation. Really unfair

Great experience will definitely come back!

Renovations were occuring throughout the hotel (very needed) and this was not communicated to us when booking.
-
Bathroom was not great.

Great hotel is an excellent location
-
The hotel is nice but does need some updating. The service in the Splash Bar was slow.
-
The location was excellent. We were only walking as transport, and being so central made everything very easy. The Ocean View room was also excellent, great view and beautiful renovated room. Our first room was very noisey from the neighbouring room, however once staff were notified, the hotel quickly moved us to a new room.

Great family trip. Hotel staff is friendly, hotel is clean. The hotel is positioned close to everything very convenient.

We have been coming here for 4 years straight. The staff is great, hotel is clean and pool area is great for family fun

Great experience!

Very convenient…lots of eateries, shops and across from Waikiki beach entrance. Extremely helpful staff.. held my bags after I checked out and called a taxi quickly so I wouldn’t miss my flight. Always stay here when I’m in Oahu.

The location was excellent, very close to Waikiki Beach, shops, and restaurants. The hotel was comfortable and convenient, and overall I enjoyed my stay. The payment process after check-out was disappointing. Although my final accommodation charge has already been completed, two previous authorization holds are still pending on my credit card and significantly reducing my available credit limit. I contacted the hotel about this, but the holds have still not been released more than a week later. This has unfortunately affected an otherwise enjoyable stay.

During 5 days that we stayed there we killed 20 cockroaches. Other than that everything was excellent.
-
One downside was the Splash Bar. Unfortunately, every time I ate there, I got sick, so I would recommend eating at restaurants outside of the hotel. Overall, I would still stay here again. The location was very convenient, close to everything, and directly across the street from the beach. For the price and location, it was a good stay overall.

The parking is super expensive, also the garage is small. Drove around almost an hour to find parking one day.
