Perfect for my travels
-
I like clean room
-
Across the street from the beach. Great that it has its own ABC store. Friendly staff.
-
Rooms was clean and spacious. This property was beautiful lots of amenities and shops to purchase anything from a to z.
-
Valet parking was a challenge and they ran out of room nightly. Location on Waikiki Beach is central and convenient. Wooden doors in room were pretty worn down from age. I liked the shopping amenities in the lobby. I don’t think it’s worth the extra money to stay here with the upgrades needed. Alohi’lani was much nicer for less money last time and no hassle with Valet.

Property is dated. Needs an overhaul. Have stayed here 3 times before and much better. First time in 6 years probably
-
Clean and friendly, perfect location, walking distance to mostly everything
-
Also was not able to enjoy or see waterfalls garden due to being off

Shoutout to front desk staff, James Yi, for such impeccable help and service during check in and cleaning staff. I stayed for almost a week and loved it. Highly recommend the property and would stay here again next time I’m in HNL.

The staff were great. I highly recommend taking advantage of the food. Ate all my meals for a week at the hotel and decided to treat myself to the Buffet one night. Glad I didn’t miss out on this treat! Exceptional. I had worked in a good hotel for 10 years in my younger years and very impressed with service in every department. Mahalo

Location is PERFECT. Pool is a bit small but that’s ok. All in all, a very nice resort

The views and the location of this property was excellent. We enjoyed the large rooms and the balcony overlooking Waikīkī beach. Part of our stay they were working on the waterfall on the main floor but it didn’t bother us. The car rental was another story. We were scheduled to pick up our car at 8:00 and didn’t get it until 11:30.
-
I loved that the convenient location. The staff was very helpful and attentive. We opted for the breakfast to be included in our stay and it was a great option.

It was great and friendly service
-
I highly recommend this Hotel. It’s clean and organized. Love that they have the water dispenser and beach towels. Toothbrush toothpaste, slippers, bag available for use. The room is big and the balcony view was awesome. Lots of storage spaces, drawers and cabinets. We returned from a long day with a clean room. It’s very convenient to shopping and food stores and right across the beach which is awesome. As far as the staff, I get they’re probably tired of the tourists asking questions but I feel that they can be friendlier and better customer service. But overall I would book here again.

We have stayed at Hilton, Malia, Hale Koa. This place is easily as wonderful. The room was well attended (and well appointed), staff amazing, the area around the hotel is quite walkable. There is something for everyone here!

Everything is pretty local. Would definitely comeback
