Location was great, perfect sized rooms for our family, super friendly front desk staff, towels and beach chairs were a great extra. 5 mins from the beach was extra extra at a reasonable price. within walking distance to everything! definitely will be back kids got stuck in 1 of the elevateurs but was quickly resolved

Reasonably good location Staff are helpful and very good Building and furniture are very old ,specially curtains, not clean and smiley Parking is very expensive

This means rooms can be rundown and disgusting, which sadly our 19th floor room was. Stained everywhere. Worn out 70s couch that looked like it was purchased at a flea market or garage sale. Sad little a/C unit that couldn't keep the room cold. Water leaked across the floor. Patio doors rattled in the wind. Street noise can be heard with all windows and doors closed. Appliances 10-15+ years old. The place is in need of serious rennovation! The front desk was not helpful--just stating we can only register concerns in the morning, and then the mirning crew saying we would have to contact the rooms owner to get credit for the nasty room. No facilitation. We left our stay early as the place was not worth the price!

Great hotel! Convenient location and has some amazing views of the town and beach, depending on your room location. The fish in the lobby are also a beautiful scenery! Room was clean, rooftop pool, lemon water in the lobby and friendly front desk staff! Another great hotel in Waikiki!
-
The entrance and main lobby looked nice and remodeled but the room where we were staying was old and very smelly had to keep our door open to tolerate the smell. Otherwise the stuff was very helpfull and location was very convenient.

Property was very clean and the staff was beyond helpful and accommodating!
-
The property was economical, the location was ideal and it a good centerpoint for the entire district of Waikiki. There wasn’t much that I didn’t like from the property. Honestly, everything was to my liking to include the pool on the rooftop.
-
Bus stop near by if using bus system to get around. Beach very close by. Very convenient location. There was nothing I was unhappy about

The location and the staff amazing! That there was no broom or vacuum provided and as housekeeping is only every 3 days we always had sand etc on the floor. Would have loved more cleaning amenities supplied when housekeeping isn’t every day. And not all the 1 bedrooms are the same as pictured

We loved the location and parking. We could walk to the beach

Great staff at the front desk.

Great location.

Our room with a partial ocean view felt pretty old. The TVs were very outdated and didn’t really support anything, and some of the outlets were loose, so we had to move the charger around to get it to work. The closet doors kept sliding open on their own until we put a piece of paper under one of the legs to keep them in place. The pool also looked much better in the photos. In person, it felt much smaller and a little outdated, and the flooring on the rooftop could definitely use some updating as well. During our stay, the hotel was painting and repairing the elevators. However, they worked very quickly and it didn’t cause us any inconvenience, so I’m guessing the hotel is currently in the process of being renovated. Some friends of ours stayed in a room with a city view, and their room looked much better than ours. The furniture and appliances were newer, and the design felt more modern. The balconies are quite small, so you probably won’t be sitting out there having a meal at a table, but they’re still great for stepping outside and enjoying the view. The location of the hotel is honestly excellent. It’s close to pretty much everything you need — restaurants, the beach, shops, and more. The staff were friendly and even let us leave our luggage for free after checkout, which was very convenient. Anyway, I enjoyed our stay. Good value overall! Thank you!
