The rooms were clean and safe. The food by the pool was undesirable and the staff ignored us and talked to each other.

Our room was “clean” but the carpet was gross. The kitchen was filthy. The oven didn’t heat over 350 so we could not use it for making pizzas or other items we purchased. The front two burners didn’t work either. The curtains were broken. The beach items available were broken - the boogie board and chairs were not usable. The parking garage had 6 inches of standing water and the ceiling was so low many cars wouldn’t fit. Our rental van barely had clearance but the front desk didn’t ask before charging $40 a day for parking. One lady at the front desk was quite rude each time we saw her. Would NOT recommend.

Loved the location - easy walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and public transport. Our room was comfortable, as was the bed and pillows. Good shower but it was over the bath which may be of concern to people with mobility issues. Kitchenette and fridge were handy, allowing us to purchase food to prepare and eat in our room. The pool area was lovely as was the hot spa! We really liked having a bar/restaurant right next to the pool and had a lovely meal there, plus a few drinks. Loved that there were laundry facilities. Elevators were good and you didn't have to wait too long (we were on the 8th floor) Probably the only thing was the room servicing. It wasn't clear on the booking that the room was only going to be serviced every 7 days (although we may have missed it) They were very good about providing fresh linen when requested, but you first have to take your dirty linen down to reception, then they will deliver the fresh linen some time during the day. There was an issue with communication prior to travel - hotel messaged me, I messaged back - no further communication from the hotel......

Staff was absolutely amazing. Rooms were clean (and smelled clean) when we arrived. AC in the rooms work great - water pressure is a little weak. Don't believe Google - there's no continental breakfast, but the ABC stores are on every corner and offer a wide variety of foods.

Great location - short walk to beach, supermarkets, food stalls and restaurants, public transport. TV was precariously placed on a chest of draws.

I have stayed here before, and returned in the most part because of the little oasis around the pool. The rooms are fine, but being in the middle of Waikiki in a place that makes you feel comfortable and out of the rat race that is Waikiki is the best!

Our bed was very lumpy and was not very comfortable sleeping in. Unit needs to be refreshed.

Great location. Great room size and layout. Loved the facilities and the hospitality at the bar including the chef who made us the best Tuna dish as we arrived. Some room details lacking like soap and toilet paper but really had everything you needed otherwise in the room.

Excellent location, just a couple blocks from the beach. Wonderful staff, good restaurant on site. We loved it. Our room had a slightly funky smell, but we would still come back again, so it wasn't too bothersome.
