Property is the perfect location on the beach. Staff is friendly and courteous. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back to Hawaii specifically this location.

Excellent view!

Was so crowded and oversold. You are supposed to go to Hawaii to relax. That was impossible. There were people Everywhere constantly. Construction at hotel next door made the beach miserable. Pool Was disgusting and filled with kids in diapers and small and no Umbrellas. I had to pay $100 a day at beach for an umbrella from a third part company. . Food was terrible. Would never go back. How you can rate this property as four star is crazy. It is two star hotel. We wanted to cancel this trip because of the contaminated water after the hurricane and Expedia and hotel would not let us. The bacteria levels of water were not safe for swimming for the first three days of our trip and when we did go in the last three days there was still tons of debris and sewage. It was disgusting.

Great place!!!! Beautiful room and scenery!!

Great location, really close to the beach. Food is good, it’s expensive.

The resort is extremely overcrowded. You can’t get a seat at the pool. There’s also no room service or poolside service. I’m not sure why there is a $52 daily resort fee daily when there’s barely any usable amenities. They also charge you $57 for parking. Keep all those extra charges in mind. While we were there there was a tropical storm and the power went out for the whole day. No one gave us any information at all about what was going on. We didn’t have food or water or no idea what was going on. Clear communication should’ve been given about what was happening, whether that would a be a phone call or going door to door and informing guests. They could’ve also offered food and drinks for guests, it’s not like this is a cheap stay. The location is excellent though with beautiful views of Waikiki. Next time I will definitely stay at a quieter resort with more amenities.

I'm happy that we booked this hotel. It was perfect for our five-day stay. The property was in close proximity to a lot of things to do, beach, shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Amazing all around

Amazing place if you’re going to Hawaii with kids. Great pool, accessible beach, tons of stores. My daughter had an amazing time and everyone was very friendly. Definitely plan to stay again soon

Shops and restaurants nearby and having a balcony was great
-
everything was great but beware of hidden fees. They charge for parking which is 50$ per day and resort fee another +50$ daily which is also not included. So whatever you save in expedia you are actually not saving. i should have called the resort myself first and seen if it was actually worth it with all the fees included. but i actually got charge through expedia and also at the hotel at checkout. something i was not expecting.

Location was great. Beautiful view from room. Restaurant for dinner was excellent. Fun to see giant turtles and durfers from deck. If you weren’t careful about closing deck door you would be visited by visiting pigeons. They did leave if you chased them out.
