Room had no hot water, was impossibe to cool, there were flies you cant get.rid.of and the street is loud at 5.30 in the morning... we did visit during a heat wave so many issues could be due to abnormal conditions but...

The bed was very uncomfortable, hard and springy.

We got a free upgrade to an apartment which was very spacious. The location is great, walking distance from the lift. The staff was very friendly. The ski boots dryer wasn't working so we had troubles getting our boots a bit dry over night. The mattresses were way too soft and uncomfortable.

It was possible to check out late the last day. A very good service The towels have not been changed although have been on the floor. The reception only available on call.

The staff were easy going friendly and helpful. It was good value for money and it was close to the ski lift. The room was comfortable. It WAS NOT an issue with Haus Lukas! It just wasn't possible to ski down into hopfgarten as the ski run was closed because of the snow fall at that time of the year.

Central location. Friendly staff. Basic but clean spacious room. For us, as an overnight stop, it was a bit pricey for what it was....but it was a Saturday night. As a base for skiing it would offer clean, basic accomodation at a good price.

Location of the hotel is nice, close to the ski lift though it's a little bit of a walk if you plan to walk in your ski boots. The breakfast was basic, the rooms were cleaned every day. There is a nice storage for your ski equipment. There was also available parking spots which was nice. The room was a little bit small, we had a 3 person room, though it was only the two of us. Still it was quite cramped for 2 people so i can imagine it is not enough for 3 people to have a comfortable stay.
