One of the most professional and helpful staff I've ever met. The AC could've been better.

Even though the room was soundproofed, we could still hear the construction site outside, so it was a bit noisy in the morning. This was not the hotel’s fault.

Very clean safe really nice stuff shout out to the reception stuff specially with the guy that has his hair tight thanks everyone . The breakfast was good, although there was a lot of pork maybe just a little bit of options would be great

I STAYED ONLY ONE NIGHT. I HAD TO LEAVE EARLY IN THE MORNING AT 5.30AM. SO ALTHOUGH I PAID FOR THE BREAKFAST I DIDN;T TAKE THE BREAKFAST. lOCATION GOOD BUT TOO MUCH NOISY BY RESIDENTS OF THE HOTEL. MAYBE A PACKED LUNCH . AND MORE CONTROL OF YOUR RESIDENTS , SINGING LOUD DURING THE NIGHT.

Breakfasts were the same each day with a few things to choose. I would prefer to pay more for it and have more options. I missed rye bread.

The breakfast was really good although if you stay for a longer time it can become a bit boring, because they prepare almost the same breakfast every day. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel located in a busy area and it is very close to public transport hubs. My room on the 10th floor was very good, clean and comfortable but the wind made a noise around the windows which was a bit disturbing during the night.

Super cosy bed, clean and modern decor and great amenities. Just off the busy main road so a little quieter. Just minutes away from restaurants, supermarkets and shopping areas. Breakfast was very lovely, nice variety. Staff were very friendly and helpful (shout out to Juan ??? always smiling) Would definitely stay again, really enjoyed my stay. The room layout/shape was a little unusual and I caught my hip between the bed and desk corner a couple of times due to lack of space and ended up with bruises... maybe move the bed a couple of ft towards the balcony. (Room 103)

Juan on the Front Desk was very helpful, polite and professional. Very large room and bigger bathroom. Very clean and all aspects of the room met my expectations. The outside sitting area for the room was a nice and unexpected touch. Didn't expect views as I know the location. Great location for a hotel where you want to be in the middle of a lot of activity, but just far away enough not to know that you are. So big tick ion the box.

The location was great. Exactly at the centre and close to everything. The receptionist was immensely polite and helpful. I needed to put the WiFi password again and again because it kept logging out every time I locked the phone screen which was very inconvenient. Also, choosing an adult only hotel means you prioritise peace and relaxation which we didn’t find very much because there was a lot of noise from the other rooms till the first am hours. (I think there was a young athlete team). Finally, the worst thing is that the cleaning assistants were literally yelling and laughing loud while cleaning the other rooms on the floor and woke us up at 9am. I had to walk outside and ask them to be more silent.
