Staff would NOT allow us a late check-out which put us @ risk for a vehicular accident due to lack of sleep. This was shared with hotel staff and they didn’t care. All they care about is your money. Property is N terrible shape, NOTHING like pics unfortunately……….

None of the chargers were working. One tower had malfunction the other tower wouldn’t accept payment. This is exactly the thing that prevents people for switching to electric. Staff were completely unaware and unprepared to help out. If you advertise EV friendly then be that. Install your own chargers not third party pay for use. If I hadn’t already paid for the room we would have kept driving since we had to find a supercharger anyways. Breakfast was also a disappointment compared to other places we have stayed. All in all this was the last stop on our road trip so the damage was minimal but we won’t ever be staying with them again

This hotel charged me twice 100$ for incidentals. After I checked out and there was no damage to the room they said I would get the money back. The money never came back and they are still charging me. 1.50$, 1.50$, 3.00. They are not helping at all.

Booked suite. No sofa bed in room. Reception unhelpfull. Everything was dirty, filthy. Elevator button in lobby hanging freely with electrica exposed.No water pressure at all. Breakfast was rationed. Though it was supposed to end at 9:30, at 8:30 the attendant explained she could only pit out an aotted amount per day and this had already been done so no more. At least 12 other guests like myself astounded by such a ridiculous answer. GO elsewhere, anywhere else.

Room smelled like piss and the rugs were wet. Newly refreshed but just feels off. I won't go back.

I liked that the room was very spacious, although there needs to be a lot of work done with the bathrooms and a deep cleaning of the carpet.

The breakfast was decent and but it was not what I was expecting in the area since I didn't know where I was going besides that. It wasn't just people hanging out in the parking lot smoking and drinking

I like the price and it was very fast checking in. One staff member name Barbara is just the wrong person to have at the front desk.

There were bed bugs!

The kitchenette was convenient, and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. The room felt damp and had a strong musty smell. It looked much older than the photos online. The doors were old, and the shower door did not close properly. The carpet also felt old and unpleasant to walk on. We also found a bug in the room, which made us uncomfortable.
