Front desk staff was rude and room smelled horrible went ti go and checkout and the lady at the front desk was a terrible person to deal with night shift at check in was fine Smell of room and rude staff

The rooms need body wash not just containers of shampoo and conditioner

Although I could hear the TV noise coming from the adjacent room, it didn't matter much. My king-size bed was very comfortable, making it easy to fall asleep. The location of the property worked well for where I went during the daytime and was even closer to a few places for dinner/drinks. As I will be returning to the area soon, I will most likely make reservations here again.

The bed sheets had hair on it(long black hair) and the couch had stains on it. The room smelled like dog.

It was a good location. The cigarette smoke in the hallways and on the blankets was horrible.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Room was cool air. Television had good chanel selection.

Did not have the breakfast and the location was safe. Toilets kept running, seems like they are outdated.

Staff was excellent. Room and hotel wwre poorly lit, smelled of weed everywhere, did not seem clean. We left and got another hotel

When I entered my room, it appeared relatively clean at first. However, upon closer inspection, it was clear that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was visible dust and dirt in the corners, hair on the blankets, and even hair on the iron. When I pulled back the blankets, I discovered that the comforter was soaking wet, as if it had been taken directly from the washing machine and placed on the bed before it had dried. The mattress underneath was also wet. I contacted the front desk and was told that housekeeping had already left for the day, even though it was only around 7:00 p.m. They said there was not much they could do but might be able to find some sheets and a blanket. I was also told that they could not bring the items to my room and that I would have to come downstairs to get them. The replacement bedding consisted of an oversized fitted sheet and a scratchy blanket, neither of which addressed the fact that the mattress was still wet. When I explained that this was unacceptable, I was moved to another room on the same floor. Unfortunately, the second room was even worse. Both beds were soaked through to the mattresses because the comforters were wet, and the chair and ottoman were also soaking wet. The front desk eventually brought up additional sheets they had found, but that did nothing to solve the problem of the wet mattresses or the damp bedding.

Handicap accessible room had uneven floor s, no luggage racks , no bathroom counter space . And only one person to help with check in ..room needs considerable update ie painting , trim etc

Room was extremely warm and the fan was very weak on the a/c. I asked for a refund. Very damp and musty in the hallway and room. It was freaking havoc on my sinuses. Extremely warm in the hallway and room.
