The lady that greeted me was very friendly. She offered to move my room from the top to the bottom, in which I was very thankful for. The breakfast was top notch. Absolutely nothing. Best hotel to stay at in HOT SPRINGS

We booked the family suite which was very spacious, full room amenities with many towels for everyone. Check in staff members were nice and helpful. Food quality and variety was very good ( better than many US chain hotel in thr same range) However, Breakfast staff was rude, we had many family members with us, few came down a bit close to (not after) the buffet closing time. They were rude to us by complaining loudly and refusing to serve certain menu to us even though the food was there in the tray right in front of them. Even though it was stated as buffet but they set up in the canteen style, where the staff made the plate for you.

It was great, breakfast was good pool was nice, room was nice. I do feel like there may have been fleas on the property or something because all 4 of us left with what looked like flea bites. It for sure wasnt bed bugs though.

everything about the motel was excellent except the ac didn't work correctly. the maintenance guy was prompt and came up 3 times and would push a few buttons on the unit but never fixed it. and he acknowledged that it was not right.

Was nice to have decent breakfast available. Not in the best neighborhood or they would have received higher rating from me. Pool was great, everything was clean. Little dated but well worth price.

Rooms were outdated but clean. The staff was exceptional serving us a hot breakfast and eager to make our stay the best it could be.

Location That you gave me a non smoking room and I couldn't change it once I got there. I have health problems. Best Western gave me their number and said not to use your services anymore.

The breakfast ladies were fabulous and we witnessed phenomenal customer service from the front desk lady.

The hotel is ok... It is clean however dated. It is the old school Motel, drive up to the room, two level design. Staff was great! Breakfast was very good.
