Good customer service!

Everything was splendid

Everything was amazing. Staff was extremely friendly and everything was very clean, bed was very comfortable. We try to stay here every time we visit Hot Springs, which is often.

Staff was pleasant. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Free washer and dryer was a bonus. Kitchenette was perfect. I only gave it 4 stars due to the recliner broken when we arrived. We reported it and they assured us it would be replaced and never was. Also report side door was broken and not locked which never was fixed during our 6 day stay.

The manager on duty was very nice and helpful. All of the appliance worked well and they were well kept. The room was nice and comfortable.

Location was great The desk clerk’s first words to me was, How did you find us? Not Welcome to Candlewood, which struck me as an odd statement

The hotel was so quiet and the staff were super friendly!

The concern was, I was promised an email to show the refund authorization, however, I never received from Candlewood. I received late the next day from Expedia/Travelocity. I had to call Candlewood 3 times before I received. The matter has been resolved now. So all is well. The Front desk Staff, Tara and Jordan were very friendly. The room appeared clean and the staff were cleaning the hallways and common areas. Everyone was working hard. You just never know when ants will show up! I was disappointed no breakfast. We were only there for one night. So we hadn't brought breakfast items. I didn't pick up on that when making my reservation.

Everything was comfortable Door electronic key didn't work Toilet didn't flush. Staff corrected both.

I was nicely greeted and cheerfully informed about the hotel's amenities. What a nice bonus to hear about the laundry available at no charge! The room was nicely supplied with everything to actually cook a simple meal.

It was super clean & close to Hot Springs national park. Staff was really nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect stay!

The ladies checking in were all nice but the cleaning service personal became very irritated because upon unloading our bag we noticed several sticky foot prints in the bathroom and we asked could it be cleaned before our family uses it. The housekeeper began stating it wasn't her side to clean and she don't understand why she is being asked to clean it. The staff at the desk pleasantly let us know it was cleaned when returned back to the room. My family definitely would stayy again the the hotel was great overall. Only the 1 housekeeper that was rude in front of guests that was just making it in to relax.
