Rooms definitely could been better for the money

The stay was great. Room was clean, ac worked great even in the middle of a heat wave. Staff were very friendly and answered all the questions I had. Breakfast was nice, alot of options to choose frim including hot food ceral and muffins/bagels. Overall a great stay, I would choose this hotel again.

The ladies at the front desk were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful. Gave me some advice on Hot Springs as I had never been there before and I truly appreciate it. Everything that they did and I got a little box of chocolates from one of them. thank you it was a wonderful trip.

Clean room

There are 2 of this same hotel within a mile of eachother. Do NOT go to the other one. This one is well kept, clean, remodeled and has a kind staff

Hotel staff was great, only things I saw was carpeted areas such as stairwells and hallways were stained in areas. Also, the bed like most hotels now it appears are not comfortable, it felt like I and my wife was sleeping on boxes.

Jamie at the front desk was so sweet and helpful with our check in and gave us great info on the best spots to visit in Hot Springs. All of the staff were very kind. Very clean and comfy! Would stay again !

My kids always love staying here!!

Staff was amazing and very helpful. Bathtub wasn’t draining well and wasn’t fixed while we were there and showerhead was old and sprayed wierd, but that was the only issue we had. Nice stay otherwise.

Was there from Friday till Sunday and the cleaning staff NEVER cleaned the room or brought towels, nothing. For $222 a night I need it clean and well maintained. Over 6 guest complained about shower or hot tubs not draining in their rooms. NO MAINTENANCE STAFF ON DUTY was the desk answer.

Breakfast was good.

Staff was amazing and very helpful. Only concerning this is that we had a middle aged drunk man following us to our room on the 3rd floor when calling down to see if they had cameras and anyway that we could feel safer. We were told there are no working cameras and they wouldn’t be able to identify the man unless they saw him in person.

The hotel is a bit older and a little more worn down, but the staff were very nice and accommodating and worked hard to keep the facilities nice. The coffee and breakfast aren’t anything fancy, but it filled us up for the daily adventures.

This was a nice smaller wonderful hotel. It was one of the quietest hotel I have stayed in. The staff was very nice. If one of the house keepers met you in the hall they always smiled and spoke. Very easy checkout and liked the location.
