Very clean rooms, bed was comfortable, pillows very soft. Breakfast was excellent!!! Great variety.

This will be our Forever stay, whenever we travel to Hot Springs! It’s clean, updated, and convenient to everything! And, The Staff is Amazing! They are very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We felt “Welcomed” the entire stay!

Girls trip for the Fourth. It was great. The hotel was in a convenient location with lots of parking space. The room was clean and smelled nice. The staff were kind, helpful and attentive. Also spoke very kindly. Breakfast was available and it’s a cute breakfast area with tvs.

Loved this hotel!

There was a leak in the water supply for the fire extinguishing system and at 6:30 in the morning, a horribly loud siren went off. All the guests began to pour out of their rooms and head for the front exit. There was NO direction from the staff except to tell us to step out onto the parking lot for as long as it took. Five fire trucks arrived, including a hook and ladder truck plus the police. We had to stand outside for at least half an hour. When they finally figured out it was a leak in the fire extinguishing system, they were able to turn off the alarm. Granted, IF there had been a fire, the noise would have been warranted but that was not the case. The alarm was deafening. When I asked the staff if there would be any compensation for the inconvenience, she looked at me as if I were crazy and said she had no control over the faulty alarm. She would give me 500 points. I felt insulted and ignored.

It was clean and good location, breakfast was good for a hotel.

The beds/pillows are amazing comfortable. Breakfast was very good! Our room (104) at least seemed like it had a lack of maintenance. Wall trim broken off and thrown to the side, shower bar was broken which let the curtain go to the center and then flood the floor. The temp tub nozzle was barely hanging on to select the temp and the tub didn’t drain very good.

Nothing everything was great.

I booked two suites for a family getaway and requested adjoining rooms or rooms nearby. I booked it as one reservation and paid for both and listed my son as the person checking in on the second suite since they would be arriving later in the day. When we checked in for the first suite I asked if the second suite was adjoining and was told they didn’t have adjoining rooms. I asked if they were nearby and was told they couldn’t tell me where the second room was because my name wasn’t listed as the person checking in. Our rooms were on second floor and fourth floor.

Room was nice. We enjoyed our stay.
