Quality Inn & Suites Hot Springs-Lake Hamilton

The ceiling had about 50 visible stains, one of the lights did not work, and the walls were extremely thin, making it easy to hear everything happening outside the room. To make matters worse, there were nails sticking out of the bathroom door, which felt like a genuine safety hazard. Overall, there were far too many maintenance and cleanliness issues for a comfortable stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless these problems are addressed.

Close to our baseball tournament location. Our entire team booked this hotel and they over sold rooms. I paid for a double queen room and the only thing they could even offer for me to stay was to pay an upgrade from the already ridiculously high price. Paid an upgrade price to a "Suite" and ive never been more embarrassed for someone else in my life. How in the world this hotel can call those rooms a suite is beside me. I have stayed all of the U.S. and this is one of the lower end places ive ever stayed. Will book elsewhere moving forward.

My room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and kind. The location was convenient. I the breakfast and coffee was nice to have as a morning operation. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Could have been cleaner …the pool was disgusting full of bugs I kept using the net to clean it out but it’s was like the filter was dirty and needed to be changed hair was also all in the pool and it was a thin layer of something on top of the water and my kids were disappointed because I wouldn’t let them get in anymore and the shower head on the tub kept leaking making the floor wet

Check-in was quick and staff was friendly. Room was clean, but the wifi didn't work the whole weekend. The location was great and close to everything. For the money it had what we needed.

Location and bed was comfortable Bathtub was horrible, looked like it had been patched and repaired MANY times, hair dryer was broken and smelled like fire, sink wouldn’t drain and when pulled stop up was disgusting , pool was extremely small and had to be shared with other hotel due to theirs being broken, ceiling had stains that looked like water leaks. I asked for money back for 2nd night no one would ever call me back. Something that resembled smeared blood on bathroom door and wall

The desk clerk was the BEST!!! Arrived late and when my key didn’t work, he walked me to my room so I wouldn’t have to make a second trip.

Tv remote wouldn't work. Trashy motel. Way too expensive.

The room was clean, but the mattress at the 132 room was terrible, every time when you move make a sounds like someone hitting the wall. But the price and pet friendly made easy weekend for us.
