Our stay at the Hampton Inn in Hot Springs this weekend was absolutely amazing! The staff were informative and courteous and helpful and total rock stars! The room was super clean and spacious.

Was clean and the staff was very pleasant. Had late checkin and no issues when arrived. Would love to see hotels use non smelling cleaners,, like Norwex. 9am

Was a wonderful experience. Was a clean room not even dust. Breakfast was General but good enough! Staff was Sweet and Kind. Not a bad place to stay over all with children. Loved the pool. Everything was up to par for me. No complaints.

Always consistent, Hampton Inn is my go to. Only 4 stars this time because the pool was down for maintenance and the kids were bummed. Would definitely go back! The staff was super friendly!
