The couch in our room had bugs coming out of it. We notified the desk clerk. He said they would offer a discount but we had to ho through the 3rd party we booked with. All the vending machines were broken. The ice machine on our floor wasn't working. I will not be staying there again.

Bad news come to find out on the second morning there were bed bugs and a musty smell to the room. They were unable to provide another two queen bedroom so we had to use a single king, which was not ideal for three travelers.

It was a clean room and spacious. Had 2 TVs and fridge. Bathroom a nice size. Breakfast was basic but nice. Hallways a bit dingy. Vending machines upstairs out of order and ice machine but you could go down stairs. The pool is a bit cold so we didn’t use it. Tv remote was out of battery had to change it and they reset the other tv.

Location good. Bed clean and comfortable Noisy. Roaches found. No soap only shampoo and conditioner dispenser. Most of staff either not proficient in English or pretend not to be. Breakfast until 1030 but out of sausage and a few other things before 9 am on a Saturday morning. No attempts to microwave more, just out of luck. Ice machine out of order.

There were a few people there were amazing and helpful. We paid for our room early and they said that check in was at 3 and our rooms would be available then. When we went back around 4 they only had 1 of our 3 rooms so we had to wait until they finished cleaning the other 2 and we were told that they would bring the keys up to us bit 2 hours later we had to go down to ask about our rooms and keys.

I really liked the location. They are located in a perfect spot in the middle of everything pretty much. Not far from Magic Springs, which is where we were taking our son for his 11th Bday. Well, first off, the rooms are very worn down, and worse than that, they are filthy. (see pictures) And you couldn't sit outside in the smoking area because it was infested with cockroaches (big and small). There were so many that I was worried about parking my vehicle there. That isn't even the worst part. The first night we were there (we were going to Magic Springs the following morning), the toilet got clogged on the very first flush, so obviously, we didn't cause it. Anyhow, the toiilet actually overflowed and was leaking all over the flower we had to use all the towels, hand towels, and washcloths to contain it and like 10 extra towels that i went and got from the front desk. Which brings me to my second point in this story....I had to clean it up myself. No offer to change rooms, or even have someone come in to clean it up. Just some towels, a plunger, and some spray bleach (which he had a hard time coming off of. So I was up past midnight cleaning up the mess! What a great start to my mini vacay. How silly of me to think I could come here directly after working on the farm all day and get to relax for a minute. Not even a discount offer? Idk, I expected more from a Radisson hotel. (I didn't mention the pool area and the door that you can't use because the window is busted out.)
