Room was very clean and staff were friendly however the room number was missing off the Door

Clean room, comfortable beds, great breakfast foods.

Good hotel room, loved the jacuzzi room. the juice machine had strange thick juice and the waffle machine was not working. Not great breakfast area and out of coffee the second day. Staff was nice and tried to fix the water dispenser.

The staff was polite but I had to ask for room service and then I had to ask for towels because room service didn't leave any. Also a few cockroaches and waterbugs but my room was next to the pool.

The beds were comfortable. The towels were thick. Good selection of free channels on TV and you can log into NetFlix. Good restaurants around the property and Walmart is right now on the road.

The property is pretty worn down -- the carpet in our rooms was dated and stained, in the hallways it needs to be stretched back out. There was a hole in the duvet on our bed. The mattress on our bed should have been replaced a long time ago. Breakfast was fine, but it has fallen a long way from what Country Inn & Suites was even ten years ago.

We were not able to stay here because their pool was under maintenance. It seemed like it took forever to get someone to help me get a refund. They should have added the information on their website or at least on here to let people know not to book there especially in the heat of the summer if there's no pool available and that's what they're looking for.

The property was in poor condition- old and worn. Several fans were set out in doorways. We had no hot water. Left 2 days early -no compensation or credit was even offered

Breakfast was decent. Hotel in bad repair. Broken floor tiles, furniture had cracks and rips. TV did not work. The lights in the hotel did not work, except for one. Mold in bathroom. The door to the pool was boarded up. Said out of order, but we were still allowed in. Any metal parts were rusted. Had almost no seating around the pool. Air freshener in rooms to cover up the smell. Beds sink in the middle, mattresses wore out decades ago. Worst hotel ever. A nightmare.

Breakfast was not included with the room. Water pressure, television station/remote didn’t work, room door key didn’t work toilet/ plumbing

The location was excellent and made it easy to explore Hot Springs. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and it was a great value for the price. The facility is showing its age and could use some updating, but it was clean and well maintained.

The room was nice. Pretty good breakfast options. The entryway/foyer was rundown, but the room was clean and pretty nice.

It was a nice place.

I like that it was super close to a lot of restaurants and I liked how friendly the night staff was The bed felt like I was falling in the middle like there was no support at all breakfast ends to early so we almost missed it, the towels were scratchy and to small

The loaded syringe found in the shower that I (six months pregnant), my 13yo son, or my husband could have accidentally been punctured by.

The staff was very nice, it wasn't the to bad. The room was ok, furniture was out of date.

Best property for the price in the country. Things not working included pool, ice machine and two drink machines

Juices were empty all weekend for Breakfast.
