This hotel is fantastic! The rooms were spotless, customer service was super friendly and they had hot, fresh coffee round the clock. I will definitely stay here anytime I travel to Hot Springs! I had zero complaints!

Staff was nice. The beds and room was too small for the price. Advertised as queen bed was more like a double. Sleeper more like twin bed

The front desk staff was not as friendly and helpful one lady in particular don't know her name but I believe she was a manager maybe not sure if never receive.a smile while being served and the hot water in the bathroom don't get as hot

Very nice hotel, clean, well maintained, much more modern than most hotels. Felt safe and secure. Was in an excellent location on top of a high hill that made it easy to see and locate. The staff could not have been more helpful. We had an excellent two night stay while visiting the National Park. We definitely would stay at this location again. Also, they have a real breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, and more!
