NOBODY BOTHERED ME! Quite a bit, for starters, you call this a budget hotel?? $60 plus dollars a night check in is from 3 pm to 11am. Why am I not getting a full 24 hours per day? The roaches are extremely bad, I always bring can of raid. Only reason I stay here so much is because of the location. I just realized there is another America’s Inn right down from this one. I may start staying there. Soon enough I would have found a hotel I will be extremely happy to stay at on the weekends. Not to mention the people who you have that normally stay at this location are, rude, loud, don’t care about other people’s property or try to keep their noisy to a minimum. You have a rule of no guest, I see people visiting all the time, staying over even. & the of amount of dogs that I hear, see and see piles of dog poo on the ground is unheard of. STOP SENDING ME ALL THE TELL US ABOUT YOUR VISIT! As you can see, you don’t want me to tell anything! So stop sending me those things every day/every 5 minutes! The staff here, for the most part are nice enough. They have to smile and give good service, it’s part of their job. I’ve sent messages to the Mgr for the front lobby, not 1 time has he/she reached out when I told you things. You have to get better at all these things…. You suppose to be running a business

It's an older hotel, and the shower felt rather spongy but the greatest flaw of this hotel is the location. The nature of the highways make getting anywhere a nightmare and walking to dinner a serious multiple km hike. If you need a place to crash and not eat, it's great

Old house smell, lots of mosquitos inside the room, tv wouldn't turn off which was reported to the front office but nothing was done to fix it.

Did not have hot water in the shower. Unable to take a shower! T.v. in the room would not stay turned off. Had to leave it on all night. Never stay here again.

It's an old property.. management is doing its best to keep it up. Still you will find roaches. There are molds too. All the furnitures has dirtys spots. Carry a bug spray with you and you should be good.
