When I was booking my stay, it said it had breakfast available but when I reached there was none. We had to dine out in a restaurant nearby. Hotel smells like weed, furniture/bedding was broken, dirty, and not well set. The only good thing I can about this place is that the water pressure of the shower was good. Other than that horrible stay.

The staff was so lovely and patient. Everyone was helpful and kind. The rooms and facility were clean and everything was accessible. I love the remodels of the rooms.

No solution was provided. Customer service was useless. We were forced to leave while exhausted and upset. A refund does not fix the wasted time, effort, and ruined expectations. This is unacceptable and extremely poor hotel management. Terrible experience.

Unsure why a hotel would have a Roku setup on a TV with no working wifi. My room was clean, no complaints there but it does look run down on the outside. The staff was friendly, and my stay wasnt bad, just could’ve been better

This property is old and sits in the middle of abandoned buildings. We didn’t feel safe parking let alone staying there. We ended up leaving and staying at the Marriott.

Dont reserve here at this hotel and really need it. This hotel is unaccountable and unreliable. Reviews also point to a alleged possible roach issue. I had to call to get my refund after being unaccommodated because they chose to extend the previous guest stay rather than honor a 2.5 week reserved and paid room. Called me 30 minutes after check-in while I was working, to tell me they are booked and cant help. No apologies, no recommendations, no offer of a lesser valued room, no accommodation for inconvenience. Just poor service to the umpteenth degree. Really horrible customer service and hospitality as well!

VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !! I LIVE ALMOST 8 HOURS AWAY FROM HOUSTON AND WHEN I WAS ONLY 5 MINUTES FROM THE HOTEL THE MANAGER/OWNER/WORKER WHOEVER HE WAS CALLED ME AND ADVISED HE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE ME OR MY FAMILY WITH THE ROOM I BOOKED DAYS BEFORE HE SAID HE COULD ONLY PROVIDE ME WITH A 1 BEDROOM WHEN I BOOKED A 2 BEDROOM. HE SHOWED ABSOLUTELY NO REMORSE AND INQUIRED IF I WOULD LIKE TO JUST CANCEL MY RESERVATIONS AND DISCONNECTED THE CALL NO APOLOGY NO NOTHING SO ME AND MY FAMILY WERE STUCK LOOKING FOR A ROOM FOR AN HOUR DUE TO EVERYONE BEING BOOKED FOR CHEER COMPETITION THAT WEEKEND!!! I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL AGAIN

The room was nasty. It had roaches in the shower and by the toilet. And the sheets were dirty.

Guy at the front desk was absolutely horrible and rude as soon as we walked in. I would never recommend a stay here for anyone!
