The only major complaints I had were the the lights were shut off for the whole property for most of a day. I believe it was outside of their control but I would have liked have received some sort of compensation for being without power during my stay. Its summer in Houston, not having air conditioning is miserable. Luckily I was able to make plans as to not have to be in my room while the power was out. Also the TV in the bedroom did not work at all. Luckily the one in the sitting room was just fine. Other than that it was nothing fancy and I was pleased overall with my stay. Will probably stay here again in the future.

De verdad que mala experience no recomiendo hospedarse aquí es terriblemente malo aparte cuando llegue me quisieron cobran un moto extra cuando ya había pagado de verdad muy decepcionante aparte la habitación era horrible pero gracias al equipo de soporte de de expedía que se pudo solucionar todo y me alojé un otro lugar

Wasn’t able to sleep my night I paid for. Nothing i was not able to get in my room since the receptionist was extremely rude calling me names like stupid and i got another hotel .

Available if it was any . Also front desk young guy not very friendly .

BUGS crawling in the bed and all over the room. lock didnt work on the door, phone didnt work. was charged twice. then AC unit didnt work. DONT book here

Nothing. The room we booked. We didn't re eive. The room was old. Outdated. Cigarette burns in the blanket

Convenient store and quiet Needs more shampoo and towels

Nothing great about this place. Just a place to stay. Walls are dirty they'll make up something to not give you your deposit back.

No premium tv channels as advertised. No mini fridge in my room, didn't try to get one or change rooms. Charged me 20.00 for early check in that had to be paid in cash and no ATM on property

Lobby was closed, no breakfast came early no where to sit. Got out of Uber all our things was in the rain. Gave strange people our room key. They tried to come in advised staff uncaring! Not to fotget the male is a now verified stalker! Run away bad place to stay! See picture below!

There were cigarette holes in our sheets. The lady at the window told my salon as we were checking in he’s not allowed outside and if caught we would be kicked out of our room without refund

Not A DAMN THING It was holes in the wall , Burn holes on the toilet seat . Food in the fridge Walls dirty …. Wouldn’t come clean it up when I asked for someone to re clean I had to check out literally 3 hours later after finding somewhere else .

Bed sheet had black stain, bed covers had burn marks. Restroom toilet was dirty no extra toilet paper only give 2 towels when I went to ask for more they said they only give 2 I'm like even for 2 queen bed room ridiculous. Soap was horrible and old didn't lather and smoke alarm battery kept beeping and pillows were so flat the only thing great was the AC.

Nothing Your booking WAS NOT ACCEPTED BY THE PROPERTY. THEY HAD NO RESERVATION FOR US. THEY WOULD NOT EVEN LOOK AT YOUR BOOKING NUMBER AND TOLD ME TO LEAVE..THERE WERE NO ROOMS AVAILABLE.. NO APOLOGY, NO NOTHING. I WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.COM AGAIN AND WILL TELL OTHER PEOPLE AND MY COMPANY NEVER TO USE YOUR SERVICES.
