I had an great experience at Candlewood

Everything was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Loved it. It is around many food and shopping places. Also not so far from the six flags hurricane harbour

Comfy, quiet, free laundry, free gym, friendly staff, spacious suite with everything we needed for cooking meals with borrow service for extras such as crock pot, free wifi, and great coffee. Pool area isn't monitored. People used it as smoking area and there were a few young girls that drove right up to pool in swimsuits; they walked right into the pool area. No key card needed to enter. They were not guests of the hotel...they spoke of how they are locals and know which hotel pools they can enter without being guests. Hot tub wasn't working.

Property was in a good location. I really only came to visit a friend and it was in a good area. Room was clean. It was a nice surprise to see that there was a kitchenette. Staff was friendly from the concierge to housekeeping. Honestly I have no complaints. This is honestly a nitpick but I just wish they had breakfast. That’s not a knock on anything else because I’d stay here irrespective of the breakfast.

I am not sure why this place has such great reviews. The staff were friendly and amazing, that was the only good part. It’s in a very bad section of town, nowhere to get food except a gas station or dennys. The hottub did not work, I called ahead of time and asked and was told yes, it was ice cold and no jets. While I was attempting to get into the pool there were people doing drugs (pretty sure it was meth) in the grilling area by the pool. The man kept trying to cat call me. The pool was dirty and is also beside a truck lot so all those men are just staring at you. Very uncomfortable. The room was clean enough. The bed was really worn out. Going to the hotel was the only miserable part of my vacation. If you just need a place to stay on the road, I recommend. For a vacation, absolutely not. I recommend closer to downtown. I only booked here bc of the reviews that are wrong and it was near my friends house.

Very clean and kind service

We liked that there were washers and dryers. The sizes of the room and the kitchenette are amazing! We liked the location, we were right by the highways, multiple restaurants and even Walmart. Prices of store items at the hotel could be a bit cheaper.

Nice staff to give exact information needed. Queen bed for 2 is too small
