Big room and clean room Sheets with holes. Try to call reception but phone was not working. Walked there and informed that I need batteries for remote control and asked for clean towels. The guy in the reception gave me a box of batteries to try it in the remote control. When I asked towels, gave me a bag and told me to go to my room and put it there and come to reception to get only one towel for shower. Very lazy and unprofessional employee.

Can’t think anything would be nice, it’s not like you’re getting a room for free for the headache you experience. Humidity and wet floor means health hazard. Smell of moisture in the room, floors get wet with humidity levels. Cracked window. Lack of towels or proper hotel amenities standards.

Room service ladies and the nice man up front he's like my security at night... He makes me feel really safe The lady who was so rude to me I guess it is Tony's wife but everyone else kind of makes me feel better about staying there... I have two children and I'm 5MTHS pregnant (transitioning into a home right now )and my children make a mess and I was in the middle of cleaning my room with my door open for some fresh air and she comes walking by telling me that " I NEEDED TO CLEAN MY ROOM IMMEDIATELY AND I NEEDED TO GET ROOM SERVICE RIGHT THEN" MIND YOU I HAD BEEN ASKING FOR ROOM SERVICE FOR THE PAST TWO AND A HALF DAYS NOBODY CAME BUT WHEN THEY FINALLY DID COME ROOM SERVICE LADIES ARE AMAZING I'M SURE THEY WERE JUST TRYING TO LET ME GET SETTLED IN... THEY CAME IN AND JUST DID THEIR THING THEY ARE AWESOME ??

I have never had a bad experience until this time. The air conditioner in my room didn't work. They told me to turn it off and unplug it for a little bit. I had to do that several times. There was no microwave when I told Tony he said we will figure something out and never did, no remote for the TV. Didn't offer me another room. I went back in to use the restroom and the women who I believe is the owner also. Was upset because my son took the locks off the window so we could open it cause it was hot due to broken air conditioner. I was told by Tony I could open the window. The window would not open. When I told her that the air conditioner didn't work that's why we were trying to open window she told me she didn't care. That they gave me a nice room and we didn't appreciate it so there for I can no longer rent here. I am ok with that. After being Told she didn't care that her air conditioner didn't work I would not rent here again anyway. If her version of a nice room is broken air conditioner water damage on the walls and windows that don't open. I would really hate to see what herer version of a bad room is.

The house keeping staff were very friendly and always made sure I had everything I needed. Had no problem giving me clean towels when I missed them coming to my door in the morning gave them to me that evening without a problem and very understanding on why I missed them that morning.

If you are the type of person to go off reviews, be glad you read this one. As soon as we walked in the lobby the entrance smelled of weed. Then the desk worker finally came to check us in and was high as a kite. We ignored it and walked up the stairs to get to our room.Because apparently there's not an elevator anywhere, and the minute we opened the door we knew we were not staying. We counted a minimum of 30 roaches before we just stopped counting. There were burn holes in all of the blankets, some as big as a baseball. How is it possible when they made the beds, They didn't see them? Without a doubt, the worst hotel experience i've ever had. Luckily hotels.com gave us a refund. DO... NOT... STAY... HERE!!

I asked what time breakfast was served and guy at counter said we don’t serve breakfast at this location. When I got my room key 216, I then went out to my vehicle to get my bags and went up to the room and turned on the light there was so many roaches and bugs crawling everywhere. On the walls and floor just covered. I closed the door and walked right back downstairs to check out.

My room wasn’t too bad other than the pullout couch that had mold on the mattress, my parents room however had bed bugs. My brother got at least 20 different bites from the bugs.

This was the worst Hotel experience. This property should not be on the Expedia web site its unsafe. The property is not family oriented when you pull up at 1:00 am from driving 545 miles and observe allegedly drug deals and prostitution activity in the parking lot. The Pictures are deceiving no continental breakfast served period, but they state that and have the furnished area but no food nothing worked. The lobby had a strong marijuana odor that the manager Ben said he didn't notice when I complained. Tired and frustrated I checked in to my room that he escorted me to on the second floor. I observed exit doors wide open not locked. I observed no ice machines worked, entering the room it had a foul odor and the door was beaten up, the pullout couch for my two granddaughters was broken the couch pillows were ripped the and the mattress had stains on it. He escorted us to another room with the same results broken and stained furniture. I informed Ben we could not stay here due to the property condition. My family and I exited the room and went to the lobby with our luggage. I requested a refund from Ben and he stated he could not because he was not the manager, but he would tell him we did not keep the reservation due to the condition of the property. I booked another Hotel room at The Heritage 3:00am.

The staff was unfriendly. There was food outside the rooms on the floor. No breakfast or coffee available. Sheets were dirty.
