The room was dirty in all aspects (smell, heat, towels, bed, sofas). We had to checkout as soon as we arrived.

The worst possible experience there could be , the rooms were dirty , dresser was broken , burnt outlets , THE BED HAD HOLES IN THE BLANKETS AND STAINS . The most disappointing experience . Immediately left and had to spend more money on a different hotel because there was no way I was going to stay there with my child . My mom had booked a room right next to mine and she had the exact same experience , hotel staff was rude and refused to refund us . DO NOT COME HERE

Location is very close to airport. Very unprofessional staff. I don’t know how they got 4 stars. Almost every item in the room has cigarette burns or stains. Very loud place due to being next to highway. In my life, I have stayed over 100 different hotels. This one has the worst price vs quality metric.

Nothing When I arrived, they could not find my reservation. Then they charged me through them and would not wave the booking.com cancelation fee on top of that. The room also was smoke free but smelled like cigarettes, the linens were but very clean, the couch had holes, the door wasn't properly ventilated and with a broken heater it was freezing in there.

We had a late night flight cancellation. Most hotels were booked but I was able to find and book this one. This motel was so terrible. Unclean, rat in hallway, smelled like urine and felt unsafe. We took one look at the room and headed straight back to the airport and spent the night there. I am surprised that Expedia would even list this as an option. Really disappointed

This hotel was extremely dirty and had a horrible smell, the ac/heat vent was broken and my sheets had stains. I was also denied a refund when requested.

Rooms were old, smoked in and did not meet my expectation VS the booking.com rating it showed. Sheets had burn holes in them, place is just a bit oldn but the price reflected it, I was more disapointed in the rating on Booking.com vs reality

One, I reserved it thru Expedia and they claim they had no record of me nowhere in the system, so I had to pay full price instead of what Expedia said it was. Two, all around including my room smelled like weed. Three, mattress was hard, cigarette burnt holes all thru the covers, missing drawers on the night stands. Even tho I was only there for 2 nights, I wasn’t comfortable!
